I have been a long time client of Princeton Audi and will

I have been a long time client of Princeton Audi and will never come back. My SQ5 was brought in for service after experiencing an auto stop/start malfunction reading on the main dash. Technicians indicated that the entire thermostat and water pump system needed replacement and proceeded to charge over $3500. After doing my own research I discovered the total cost of parts and labor (incl taxes) should not exceed $1800. When I brought this to their attention they proceeded to tell me 'too bad. you already agreed to the $3500'. When you do a cursory analysis of the amount they overcharged me on the parts alone it was roughly 2x vs the retail price of the part. 5x vs the wholesale price. This is a fraudulent price gouging operation and should be investigated by the authorities.

Audi car dealer in Princeton are so professional, they returned back to me on less than 15m and I took the appointment to test the car next day. We get assisted by, Mr. Saurabh Dewan And we met the manager, Mr. Adam They were amazing and they promised to help us to get the best deal for the car which it didn’t take long time one week and we get the car Saurabh didi a great job and with a professional calculation we got a satisfied number, he is so patient, focus, and smart salesman, thanks so much for all the effort and we appreciate all the respected behavior from the team members their Thanks a gain to make us happy Elsherif Family Hossam, Sherin and Bashar

HORRIBLE customer service

Left 2 messages for Jerwin the service manager concerning a recall that his department refuses to do and I am waiting all day. Tried calling a third time and it is going to a remote location.

Happy To Take Your Money

I would never, ever, do business with this Audi dealer. They lied to me, misrepresented the vehicle they sold me and cost me an extra $2500 in repairs after I bought a certified pre-owned. PA wouldn't fix it an denied anything was wrong until I took my vehicle to another Audi dealer to get the vehicle road worthy. Rotors were completely shot and I told them, but they refused to repair after I bought the vehicle. My experience is PA is full of liars, scammers, fraudsters and thieves, but just my opinion based upon my experiences. Choose for yourself, but go elsewhere.

Lack of Communication / Needs Better Processes

Family just purchased a E-Tron on 02/09/2022, the general manager at the facility was amazing though I wish I could say the same about the staff with respects to communication / knowledge. The sales person (Rosalia Salam) was very nice though was extremely armature with regards to detail orientation throughout the entire process. First we noted that we did not want the front plate bracket mounted or holes drilled in the front bumper, of course when we get there for the pick up, she had them already drilled. Second failure, I do blame both the finance manager Charles Gonzalez and the sales person because from the initial visit we informed the general manager and sale's person that we were financing through our personal bank. General manager even prepped a bill of sale (which was need for the process, thank you) and after a week we received a call from Rosalia which I had requested to speak to someone about an extended warranty. No one called of course. While there I brought up the topic and it lead to a he said she said situation with no results inevitably. (Also did not understand the maintenance needing to change fluids in an all electric vehicle every 10k miles, from the finance managers?) Inevitably the finance manager could have reached out for a conversation at any time, though chose not to. Last, the vehicle was poorly prepped , scratches all over, though when I brought this up to their attention, someone did come out and detailed it again. (Expectations of a new car should not need to point out scratches all over with few chip paints.) Overall mixed emotions, poor detail orientation / knowledge of vehicle, though very nice people. A few other hiccups had occurred, inevitably all could have been avoided with better communication and organizational focusing on details. I hope they implement better processes rather than excuses and blames.
