This time I went there for a recall installation of the

This time I went there for a recall installation of the air bag sensor. I got a nice loaner because the installation takes a few hours. Nice to know that they also checked other things about the car and told me everything was green. On the following day, I picked up my car with a wonderful surprise, it was clean with a full tank of gas!

Wife came home pissed .

Wife came home pissed . She gave Tyler the service rep her cell number . Never called her . She was sitting there 2. 1/2 hours longer after car was finished ... he call my phone instead of hers and I was out on business trip. Bad bad business service representative. We will ask for someone different my service .

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Very thorough. Customer assistance is outstanding. my service agent dennis Pellegrino was very excellent. Everything explained perfectly. This was my last certified visit and the service man found a problem with a bearing that could?ve caused me thousands of dollars in the future. I am grateful it was done completely free by the excellent #Warranty that Lexus gives.

Mr. Cunningham was wonderful to work with. Superior service by him and Brendan (the service manager) Danvers never disappoints. They always go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend!

Excellent service professional service writer. My visit was an easy first 5000 mile check up, but they did a good job Washing the car and cleaning the interior for free
