    My family has owned 5 Acuras over the past 25 years and i have always had them serviced at Priority. Donna, our service rep, is ALWAYS helpful and ensures any problem i have is fixed the first time. In fact, Donna is on of the main reasons why i have remained loyal to Acura and Priority.

    Sales was great . Be carful when it comes to service . If your having diagnostic problems be carful !!!!! I have a push start and wasn't starting, lucky the guy towing my car gave me the 411 and told me they tried starting it 5 times and would not start . When I called priority Acura in Chesapeake (Nicole banara) dark hair . Told me my car was fine ? Why would she lie to me ? Long story short I needed a battery . I was covered under warranty and they didn't want to pay for .. Be careful !!!!! they call themselves priority . Acura ILX.

    I recently purchased a new Acura TLX from Priority Acura. My sales representative, Mr. Lionel Goodwyn was highly professional in all aspects of my car buying experience. He made certain that I received the best interest rate and that I was well informed throughout the entire process.     Very impressed with the whole buying experience I had at Priority Acura. No pressure, no hassles. My salesman Maurice Hawkins was professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Big thanks to the business manager who made the financing process quick and painless and got me an awesome rate. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

    I was a single woman with a toddler purchasing a year preowned car, ignorant of car buying. I was pressured into buying 5200.00 worth of warranties. Car was then overpriced. Wasn't able to utilize one warranty after only 7 months of having the car because the dealer didn't put new tires on the car. Also discovered the car had front end issues prior to me purchasing. I'm very disappointed and upset at this dealer. Service manager was very nasty with me as well. Stated if I wanted new tires I should have purchased a new car. That was very heartbreaking.

    My first time buying a vehicle from a dealership was easier than I thought. The vehicle is immaculate and the process was a breeze. I will recommend this dealership and my new friend Ben to all my friends and family. They did a great job showing me how all the bells and whistles work. I'm looking forward to my priorities for life :)

    I have numerous issues with the new vehicle I purchased. Everything from mechanical to incentives not being received. They give you the run around when you are seeking resolution for problems. You have to be persistent in calling, emailing and stopping by to get results. The General Manager does not respond to phone calls or emails. If you are there in person he will relay a message through the salesperson which is absolutely crazy. After you buy a car the salesperson has nothing to do with any issues and can offer no assistance. The ladies at the service desk are totally incompetent. I would not recommend this dealership to my enemy.
