    Do yourself a favor and go see Susan if you are considering a car purchase. Between her and the GM, Kenny, the experience was the best we've ever had. They are knowledgeable, fair, and patient throughout the process. They want to sell a car, you want to buy one. What they did better than any other SARS person and GM we've worked with (a lot), is understand that we could care less about their quotas (hence the patient from above). The entire experience was easy and fun! Negotiating prices was actually enjoyable. Everyone gave a little and we all won. In fact, we went in for one trade in, and after leaving decided to trade our other car in, too, because the experience was that good. Kudos to BMW of Strathum...it's the way BMW car buying should be!

    I dealt with Mike O'Rourke to purchase a used Mercedes Benz from this BMW dealership. I am from NY and traveled a fair distance to see the car. Mike was completely honest with his description of the vehicle prior to the trip. When I arrived he met me and showed the vehicle. He was fully prepared and spent all the time I required. He walked me through the process of purchasing the vehicle with no pressure at all. He went above and beyond what I was expecting based on past experience at other dealerships. I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you want the best treatment deal with Mike.

    In our search for a second car, my husband and I visited two Volvo dealerships, a Honda dealership and after a friend shared their experience with Client Advisor, Kurt Baitz, Stratham BMW. We arrived at the dealership around 11:30 on a Saturday and we're lucky enough to be greeted by Kurt. We told him that our friend recommended him and explained what we were looking for in a second car. Kurt was the best! He went above and beyond to expose us to different models of BMW based on our criteria and he never made us feel rushed or like we were a bother. After five hours and a proposed lease amount that we wanted to think about Kurt sent us on our way. Absolutely no pressure. I did some searching online and was able to find a lower lease payment at another dealer but something made me want to reach back out to BMW Stratham to see what they could do. That something was Kurt. We ended up negotiating an acceptable lease payment and picked up our new BMW a few days later. Kurt was informative about the car and worked hard to make the experience a pleasant one. In addition to Kurt the entire staff to include the General Manager Derek Butts and General Sales Manager Lennie Goldwasser were outstanding. They make you feel like you matter. I would highly recommend Kurt and Stratham BMW. I have been having a great time in my new car. I also love the MATS! Thanks for everything Kurt!!!

    Actually tried to buy a car at the Stratham dealership and couldn't due to the incredibly poor service. First two trips to the dealership no one came to assist me with my questions on the third trip I had to hunt down someone to assist and was told by the manager sitting at his desk that no one could assist me because they were busy cleaning snow off cars. I waited 20 Minutes for a salesman to assist me with my questions. When he finally arrived he had zero answers, simple questions... How much mileage and asking price. Waited another 10 Minutes for him to go look up the answers when I finally suggested he give me the key so I could turn the car on and look! Seriously. Long story short after spending a long time waiting for them ended up selecting a car of interest but had to leave the dealership. Salesman was supposed to get back to me With some Simple answers which I waited all day for finally at 5:30 that evening I got a returned call after leaving messages. Dealer would not budge on asking price. What dealer doesn't leave a little wiggle Room For Negotiation? Even still I would have bought the car cash for that price had the experience been even moderately better.

    I have been doing business with Stratham BMW for approximately 10 years. I started trading an older BMW for a certified X-5, then replaced the larger car with a certified X-3. Recently I purchased and new X-3 and all transactions were handled by the same sales rep, Jon Parker. In each case, Jon listened to my needs, kept looking for vehicles that closely matched what I wanted, and all with no pressure. Service is excellent, lounge comfortable and loaner/rental cars readily available. Of course it helps that they are selling a great product. However that helps make the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish!

    I have been a customer for over 12 years and have been one because the service I receive is A+++. My service advisor Adam Silvani has always been very helpful and addresses my needs very promptly. I have purchased/leased vehicles from the dealership 3 times since their pricing is extremely competitive. Scot Murby from sales department with his great knowledge and integrity has been a person to go to with sales questions. Over the years I have been a customer of many other dealerships, but now I stick exclusively to BMW Stratham, since they know what they are doing and they are doing it right.

    BMW of Stratham offers stellar service. We currently have four BMWs of various vintages and have been thoroughly satisfied with the scheduling, troubleshooting, warranty service on our new vehicle and regular service on our older BMWs. Our service advisor, Adam Silvani, has been so helpful when we've needed valet service, a loaner, a tow, and so on. We really recommend this dealership.

    I not only purchased my car from BMW of Stratham, but have been getting it serviced there since purchase. I have also switched my wife over to BMW of Stratham for the servicing of her car. Our service expert, Adam Silvani, has treated us both with class and down to earth service. No more do we have to call the dealership for an update on the car...Adam is quick with an email or vm to let us know how the car is coming along. The drop off and pick up is always seamless...and friendly. When we pick the car up...not only are we walked through a detailed update on what was fixed, but the car is washed/cleaned and looks like new...a small, but nice treatment by the BMW of Stratham staff. I feel like they take care of each car like it was their own! Nice to see that the art of customer service is a live and well at this dealership. A lost art these days...but thankful that the crew at BMW of Stratham have it dialed in. Thank you Adam and the entire staff!

    I have been a customer for five years. Purchased two new cars, and about to purchase another from Kurt. Service experience has been outstanding! I live much closer to the "other" BMW dealer in NH, but the service in Stratham is head and shoulders above what "they" offer. Adam Silviani is my service advisor, and has been absolutely terrific. I have lived and owned BMWs in Dallas, DC, and for the last five years in NH. Adam, Kurt, and the team are the best I have ever experienced!
