I blew a tire because of a pot hole. All the service techs were very nice. Since I had the tire plan I didn't have to pay for a new tire. The new t
ire was ready when they said it would be. The whole process was quick and painless!

I purchased my Certified Preowned Escape in September. I have had to bring it in twice for the front skid plate falling off and once for non working
fog lights I had used the vehicle less than 1000 miles I am not happy that I?ve had a recurring problem and that the fog lights didn?t work the first time I tried to use them.
The dealership would not honor cars.com price. I was not impressed and did not go forward with a purchase.
