    I purchased a 2016 Encore and had a great experience with everyone from the Managers (Randy Zimmerman and Lou Roso) to my salesperson (Robert). Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. My salesperson spent almost an hour sitting in my car explaining everything and getting me logged into OnStar. Two days later I got an OnStar notice that my tire was low on air. I took my car in for service and there was a nail in my tire - there were no issues fixing the tire - great service. The finance person did an excellent job finding me financing with no issues. All in all, it was a great experience - I was not pressured - it was all my decision to make! I have since recommended others to John Paul's Buick/GMC.

    I took my 2015 GMC Savana here for it's first maintenance (oil change, etc.). They were friendly and I liked the place, but I can't go back. First they inflated my rear tires to 80 psi. Now I understand factory savana vans specify 80 psi, but I have a conversion van that does not have factory wheels. My tires have a rating of 50 psi max. Then they put a service sticker on the the inside of my windshield that stated I didn't need maintenance until I have 45,076 miles on it. Unfortunately I only had 4,076 miles on it. I've never heard of going 40,000 miles on an oil change. They also lost a screw that held the lug nut cover on my wheels. If they can't do simple maintenance, why go there?

    I was treated very well by the staff from the service writer to the shuttle driver to the cashier. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner. My only disappointment is the poor quality of the General Motors brake pads which wore out in less then 25,000 miles. Hopefully these dura last pads are better quality.

    Service dept was very helpful and friendly. I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Acadia, which needed a new CD player. I was able to get in for service the same day and was provided a rental. My truck service was completed in 2 days. It was a great experience, I appreciate the fast service!
