I had a terrible experience with Jacob Mecham at Freeway
I had a terrible experience with Jacob Mecham at Freeway Chevy. He was rude, dishonest, and sarcastic about the damage to my C8 Corvette tail light. Jacob first admitted that he and his service team altered and deleted information, then claimed hairline cracks in my tail light came from “car wash soap.” Later he said he didn’t know how the cracks happened—but still refused to cover it under warranty. There was no impact or other damage on my vehicle, yet he accused me of breaking my own light. To make matters worse, when I voiced my frustration, he said I was “throwing a temper tantrum.” This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you value honesty, professionalism, and proper customer service, stay far away from Freeway Chevy and Jacob Mecham.

The buying process was very smooth. It was easy working with Andrew, Thomas and Alec. Pricing was readily available on the dealer website. Fair value was offered for my trade in. Overall, pleased with the experience.

Tyler took very good care of me and my truck. The facility is always clean and everyone very friendly. The only issue I had was the lack of availability of a loaner vehicle.

Took one week just to look at my vehicle.
Took one week just to look at my vehicle. Could not get answers about warranty coverage until after the vehicle was looked at and additional day delay for repairs due to incompetence! After asking for service received constant request to purchase my vehicle. Never buying a Chevy again!

I was told my payment was $70 a month more than it really
I was told my payment was $70 a month more than it really was so they could add the warryfor just $16 more a month. When I cancelled the warranty I found out the payment will stay $86 a month more because I was lied to. Also I was told the car had a few options that it doesnt have but didn?t know till I had the car home and was exploring it. Don?t buy from Freeway Chevrolet.
