I think when I bought my car in 2016 someone else was managing the service department. But thinks went south dramatically last year and if possible it... might be worse this year. Got here at 9:30 for a service and a recall. The recall was supposed to take an hour. At 11:30 after not seeing my rep for 2 hours I sent a text as I was supposed to. No response. I kept checking his desk but he was nowhere to be found. He finally go back a few minutes after 12. I asked him when my car would be ready (same thing I asked in my text). It’s 12:42 and I’ve heard nothing and seen no one. I live in Studio City which is a lot closer than Pasadena. But I won’t come back here again. So either I go to Pasadena or I get rid of my Audi and not buy another one.

After having issues with a brand new car and lack of support from the service department the manager stepped up to resolve the issue. It should never have... come to this, but at least we felt like they genuinely are trying to correct the problems we had.
Bo, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We were happy to work towards a resolution. When you have any future concerns, please contact Hugo Torres, Op...erations Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Joe, one of the service managers, has been super helpful to me during my past few visits. I had my car serviced, and a few weeks later, there was an issue... with a potential oil leak. I was in the area, and even though it was past working hours, he told me to bring my car in so that he could check it out. He and his team was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem without charging me. This is truly great service. Audi should be thankful to have a manager like him.
Just had my car serviced and Fermin Rocha helped me. Excellent service and very helpful guy. Fast and efficient and very knowledgeable about my car.
Paul, Thank you for choosing Keyes Audi to service your vehicle! We are happy to know that Fermin provided you with excellent service during your visi...t. We appreciate your business.
Audi A4 2013. The door to the fuel tank failed to open. Subsequently, I took it in to Audi service for a fix. They told me it would cost $700 to replace... the mechanism. Talk about highway robbery!! This is a very simple mechanism and not all that hard to do the labor. Fortunately, my extended warranty program covered all but $250 of this outrageous repair cost. In the future, I will find an alternative repair shop to attend to this type of failure. The service consultant was very helpful nevertheless.

Came for service recall. Original schedule Friday 1pm and called again to reschedule same day at 10 but was told next available schedule at 1030. Even... reconfirmed a loaner car and was told it has been reserved. I came and waited and waited and approached Fermin and he said wait few seconds. He's still not available ble and was passed on to another guy Oscar. I was told my schedule is at 1 and there was never a reserved loaner car!as always, Audi never fail to disappoint. Whether in Van Nuys or Beverly Hills! I tried to call for the manager. Was told that he will for sure return my call but never did. Upto now! Well maybe they don't really need my business so might as well go some place else that value customers more than sales! lease due next month so bye!

Called Keyes Audi service. I needed to get my cars 2nd maint. Service done and I have an issue with my sunroof. When speaking to the receptionist over... the phone, she assured me it would be done same day. I repeated a few times, I need a loaner if it isn't done same day as I couldn't be without a vehicle over the weekend to get important things done. She kept assuring me, even though I mentioned the sunroof and asked if that would arise a problem on being done same day. Went in ( I did not miss my appointment. I was misguided) - was advised by Blair they need my vehicle for more than a day, and no loaners were available. I was very upset and decided to take my car back. On the phone when scheduling this appointment I had advised the receptionist that I can take the vehicle to a different dealer if a loaner is needed as I would have been provided one elsewhere. Not only did I take the day off work to get this done, I wasn't able to.

They don't do the work. Always lie about what needs to be fixed then say later after I take it somewhere else and they say it doesn't anymore. They charged... me for an oil change that never happened. Also turned back my odometer on the service paper so if I returned they can say I drove it a lot. I don't know if they wanted to ruin my engine so I can bring it to them for additional repairs?? They don't realize I read my odometer before I turn it in anywhere. They also don't know I work with an honest outside mechanic sometimes. One time they said that I needed major work an my transmission etc..and I took it somewhere else and it was only an $88 repair compared to repairs that would of costed me close to $4k! Also, I was told that they offer first class treatment and loaners, well I have never gotten a loaner at this location. And the customer service is cold and rude. Sometimes I walk in and stand there where everyone is on the phone ignoring you and it is a very uncomfortable 'nothing' for about 5 minutes. The only decent people with class are the guys running around when you drive in and they take the car to the back. I reported them for investigation. If you go on Yelp there are many zero star complaints on them, mostly regarding the Service Dept. I think they should stop paying the managers there and staff perks for ripping customers off. This is fraud. They need to a clean sweep of employees and especially management if they don't want to lose any more business. They aren't the only Audi places around here. And they surely are't' the only mechanics that know Audi's. One just needs to find an honest mechanic.

The used car manager, Dennis, was not nice, very mean spirited. My used car salesman, Manny, would not stand up for me. After agreeing to the price he... said the car is ready and I should come by to get it. When I arrived to buy it, he raised the price $2200. Unbelievable!
Wayne, We’re sorry that you didn’t have a good experience and we would like to find out what happened. Please contact Robert Rizzo, our General Manage...r at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
My wife and I have gotten our last four cars (each $60K plus) from Keyes Audi in Van Nuys. One of them, an A6 Prestige (around $70K plus in 2010) I liked... so much that I decided to buy it after the lease was over. But because it's an Audi, and Audi service is expensive, I decided to have it fully "pre-owned certified" and to purchase an extended warranty from Keyes. I paid close to $7K for the certification and insurance, which was supposed to be for 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. The gentleman in the finance department didn't bother to advise me that, per the fine print, the 8 years started in December 2010, when I first leased the car, and NOT in April of 2014, when I bought the warranty. So, at about 93,500 or so miles, my car suddenly overheats (for the first time). I have it towed in to Keyes. My service adviser (Vince) pulls up my record that shows the warranty. He writes up a work order for $229 to "diagnose" the problem (which he tells me will be covered by the warranty) and I tell him, hey, while you're doing all this, do my 95,000 mile service (about $550 or so). Imagine my utter shock when Vince called me the next day to inform me that my extended warranty had expired in December, 2018, because that was 8 years from the original lease date. So he tells me that the tab for fixing everything was around $6,500.00. I tell him not to do anything. I have to think. My decision was to contact a reputable mechanic (not a dealer) and find out the cost of doing the work through him (roughly half the price). So I get a tow truck and go to Keyes to pick up my car and tow it to A & A Auto Performance in North Hollywood. When I arrive at Keyes, I get presented with a bill for about $750.00. They charged me the $229 for the "diagnostic" (I don't like it, but I get it). But the part that got me incensed was that they claim they performed the 95,000 mile service for $550. ON A DISABLED CAR! ! ! I'm done with Keyes. First they leave me thinking I have a warranty. Then, when I need it most, they stick it to me for $550 to perform a periodic maintenance on my non-functional car. I went back to let Vince know I didn't think it was reasonable that they performed the service on my car BEFORE the car was in running condition. He basically brushed me off and showed me where I had signed the work authorization. Bottom line: Do NOT trust these people, neither on the sales/finance side NOR the service department. The idea that Keyes finds it more important to screw me out of $500.00+ rather than keeping a good customer shows me they are headed DOWNHILL.
