There is a reason why this dealership is 3 star rated. Spoke to their manager Nicholas Beddoe today and found out that they charge close to two thousand... dollars in fees. This is also known as low-balling in teh auto sales industry. They advertise a price that is attractive and then add $2K to the price in hidden fees.

I went to Nissan of garden city and delt with a salesguy named Tony. I originally came in the store looking at a used Altima and I drove out in a brand... new Altima. I couldnt believe how much of a savings I received with the new car not to mention they got me low financing. I had one of the best car buying experiences. Not only was Tony great but I also delt with a man named Carlos who went over the entire car with me again! I love the way they do business and I have no doubt in my mind that I will be back when its time for another car.
I have been looking for used QX80 Infiniti for about 3 weeks. I finally found one good not great deal 500 miles away. Planning on flying in to purchase... and drive back. Ask for best deal write up and get a cost $1900 dollar higher than listed. I asked is this the same car? Yes sir we have 2 fees that are not waived. Oh really what are those? Reconditioning fee $950 and destination fee $950. Buyer beware wanted me to fly in and then lay these unwaived fees on me.
I bought a brand new 2018 nissan rogue from them,the car has many issues that i kept going to there service to get fix and it still happend again,i spoke... to nissan customer dept to get out of this lemon car and i am currently still waiting,i have contacted the dealership association and also the attorney general office and that i can be given another vehicle,still waiting.Also the general manager in the sales dept. named scott tried to intimidate me when i was discussing this issue with him relating to the complaints i had filed with nissan by bringing in 4 guys in the office and he started to raise his voice and get agitated and when i started to raise my voice he asked me to leave without my questions being answered and he said he wasted enough time with me and had a business to run,i also told him that i wanted to speak to him privately as to not let the customers hear my issues so i was professional in every way but i will not tolerate someone raising there voice at me and than when i do it back to them they get upset.i guess customer service is not there priority and once they get you to buy a car thats it even if its a lemon car.

Brought my 2011 Nissan Juke in for a recall fix on the fuel pressure sensor. I had my Juke towed into the shop, I did not feel save driving it myself since... one of the safety concerns are, " fuel pressure sensor may not have been properly tightened, potentially causing the sensor to loosen and leak fuel, causing a fire hazard". First of all, they called me the next day and had no idea why the car was in for service. Sounds like poor managing and organization of records on their half. Second, they never called me to tell me the car was ready for pick up. Third, I went to pick up my juke and was not made aware of any issues that were a safety concern. But apparently the tire rod was bent, which means once I get over 30mph, there is a grinding noise and the steering is pulling to the right. I also felt the Transmission was revving and bucking intermittently. Once I felt this within minutes of leaving the dealership, I turned around and went back into the service center. Once I explained the issue, I was told the tire rod was bent when it came in (it was not when it left my house). I was also told they do not run an overall diagnostic on the vehicles brought in for service unless paid for. They also informed me they do not test drive the vehicle. It is a complete disservice to customers for a service center to not run a preliminary diagnostic check of a vehicle brought in for service. It should be their duty to ensure any and all Nissan vehicles entering their shop are properly checked and cleared for use on the road before allowing their customers to drive away from their shop. The service center did not offer any options or show any concern for the issues I brought to their attention. Instead they felt it was wise to blame me for the issues plaguing my car and allow me to drive off their property with a vehicle that was not road safe at all. The people in the dealership "tried" to assist with a possible trade in and leasing a new car, but all they offered were empty promises in an attempt to con me into paying way over my allotted budget which I made more than clear in the beginning. Bottom line, I have an extremely unsafe car now which I still owe money on and no options available but to junk my Juke. So Thank You Nissan for treating your customers like S**T

I can not say how impressed I am with Nissan of Garden City the dealership was clean and from the moment I walked in I felt that I was welcomed and every... one there was eager to help me. I started my day wanting to test drive 4 different makes of SUV and Nissan was my first stop. I was exceptionally lucky to meet Chelsea Edmonds who became my sales person and at the end I could not be more impressed by this gentlemen who was professional, beyond polite and knowledgeable. The dealership was exceptionally busy but Chelsea was gracious and beyond accommodating. After visiting 3 additional dealerships (different manufactures) I knew the Rouge was the choice for me. When I went back to Nissan I was greeted by Chelsea and the sales manager Victor who immediately recognized me-again the place was crazy busy so I was impressed! As it turned out the car I had selected, of which there was only one in stock in that color an option model, was had a scratch. Chelsea and Victor showed me other color options but when they saw I was not thrilled with the other color options they got to work and within in minutes found the car I want it at another dealership. Within an hour they had the car I wanted ready for me. During the entire experience they were so accommodating so gracious and really just wanted me to be happy. The dealership sales manager Scott was also aware of the situation and he also make every effort to let me know spell apologetic they work with the delay and did everything necessary to make sure at the end of the day I was happy and drove off in the car that I wanted. What many cars over the years and visited many dealership and I have to say Nissan Garden City above and beyond the best that I’ve ever visited
Worst Service department. Service Manager Bill doesn't have a backbone or Courtesy. Cannot honor the promised coupons and will not ever return to them... in future.
