Horrible experience. The will say anything to get you in the door. A bunch of liars and they stole my papers when I questioned them about. They even... tried to bully me. One guy threatened me in the parking lot. Avoid this place. Plenty other delearships around.
Amazing sales experience with David Narine. He was extremely professional and helpful. David answered all my questions and was patient and kind during... the process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan vehicle. My Nissan rogue 2020 is beautiful and the experience was extremely pleasant.
I went to Nissan of garden city and delt with a salesguy named Tony. I originally came in the store looking at a used Altima and I drove out in a brand... new Altima. I couldnt believe how much of a savings I received with the new car not to mention they got me low financing. I had one of the best car buying experiences. Not only was Tony great but I also delt with a man named Carlos who went over the entire car with me again! I love the way they do business and I have no doubt in my mind that I will be back when its time for another car.
I got a letter in the mail about a promotion they were offering. I get there the sales guy is all over the place. They didnt have the color i wanted ,... so they went and fetched 1 from elsewhere. Still not the color. Ok. Make a long story short. They suck. Tried giving me another car with this outrageous payment. xxxx with that payment i can get a Benz. They reall suck. Dont ever go there for a car
Nissan of Garden City has terrible customer service policies. First, they force you to test drive any vehicle you're invested in, ok minor inconvenience.... Then when we finally get to the table, the sales person disappears for about 15-20 minutes. Ok fine, maybe they are short because of covid, even though it wasn't busy there. Finally, this being the worst, they will NOT discuss pricing without you filling out a credit check!?!? Why am I getting a hard pull when I don't even know I'm purchasing the vehicle there?!?! First the salesperson hands me a form and says we just need some information from you. I read it, and it's a consent for a credit pull!! The managrr said he wouldn't know numbers unless he knew how my credit was. I calmly stated that I have tier 1 credit and if for some reason it comes back less I would understand if the numbers had to be adjusted. He refused to discuss further and asked me to fill out and sign the credit disclosure form again. I walked out. What a waste of time. I've had more success on the phone with other dealerships in regards to speaking about pricing. It's a ridiculous process and I've purchased or leased 8 vehicles in my lifetime.
I went in to Nissan to lease a Rogue. I purchased there 3 years ago and it was time to renew. I was tele marketed the day before and was very clear with... the 2 girls on the phone and the one guy that texted me that I already drove the vehicle and just wanted to see if the lease price was in my budget. When I arrived Steven Jones took care of me. He was pleasant but absolutely refused to give me prices unless I drove the vehicle. I was quite surprised because I have been leasing cars for 30 years and never heard of this. He told me the telemarketers job is to just get me in and they will agree to almost anything to do so! So I let him browbeat me into test driving again. After the uneventful test drive we sat down where he told me he still could not give me price unless I let them run a credit check. I refused and told him to price me according to my 766 credit score and no sense of running again until I agree to purchase. He flat out said NO and the sales manager came over. He too said no credit check no price. I stressed to him that this is no way to treat a customer and I never experienced such horrible treatment. He said that these are new "Covid Rules" for car dealerships and then said he has to be "transparent". Clearly he was trying to throw around current Covid terms but this had nothing to do with Covid. I again said that I have no idea if this car is affordable so there's no sense in starting a contract and running credit until I knew so. They both refused so I left completely fuming and humiliated. I should have left a lot sooner. I immediately went to Honda and asked for a price on a CRX and got the price then ran my credit and purchased the SUV. This transaction took 25 minutes, and yes I did not test drive the vehicle. BAD BAD business Nissan Garden City and on a return customer, what a disgrace. I was actually ready and willing to purchase that minute and I thought this was going to be the quickest sale they would make. Not only did they turn me off to that dealership it turned me off to Nissan!
I have been a customer of this dealership for over 10 years and I have been lied to on my recent purchase and promised a vehicle that was never delivered... for my wife.Sales manager Victor Diaz acts like he will help you but just lies to you the entire time, doesnt return phone calls and will not let me speak to the general manager Ramsey. My salesman Qadir Mohammed also lied to me, say he could get my second vehicle and did not. You would think that they would be willing to help a customer who has been as loyal as I have. Go elsewhere if your looking for a nissan, this is not an honest dealership!
Nissans are all we own. Thank you Quadir for your help, courtesy and patience. My husband and son love theirs as much as I love mine
Amazing sales experience with FlavioR. He did a great job getting the right vehicle for me. In love with the new technology and specs on my 2020 Rogue
Loyal customer to Nissan Garden city. My sales consultant Ryan was very professional and made sure I got what I wanted in the new vehicle. Ended up leasing... another Rogue Sport 2020. Excellent place to do business.
