    BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was looking at cars online and saw an ad for 100% credit approval from Suzuki Of Manchester. I clicked on the link and filled out a online credit app figuring i had nothing to lose. I was called right back by Aaron who actually listened to what i wanted, after 5 min on phone we had set a time for me to come in the following day. When i arrived i was blown away by how huge and nice of a Suzuki dealer this is, This place looks like it should be selling Jags. I was greeted by Adam ,who let Aaron know i was their, Aaron explained to me that he was the Web manager and Adam would be helping me with my hunt for a car. Adam sat down and asked me a few but important Q's that helped us find the right car. Thats when I met Ryan the GM, WOW was he not what i expected. he had to be th most down to earth and funny carsalesman i ever met. He took all of the pressure away and the whole group teamed up and found the right car , a Subaru Impreza. I still couldnt bellieve they would beable to get me financed with just my 1k down and shaky at best credit but they did. All together they took 3 hours from the time i walked in to i was driving away in a 08 Impreza for only 279/month at a interest better than my parents lol . Thank You Aaron, Adam, Ryan, Cory(finance guy) and all the others behind the scenes that i never met but helped me turn a scary experience into a fun one with a great car and oh yeah a free 3yr 100k mile warranty. Take that dealer who shall remain nameless who told me they couldnt do anything without 5k and a co-signer-not to "FAIR" at all... LOL

    Very disapointed, empty parking lot with a few car here and there in a giant parking lot. Try, to reach the telephone number in the ad on their web site and no answer. Bad experience according to the time i spent to get there and for nothing. Sorry to say that but that is my experience. Don t show up there and spend your time for nothing at the end.

    Best place ever. being lets say credit challanged lol i had been turned down else where even on something as old as 2005. called and did app online and in no time talk to salesman and the GM ryan and now i have my 2009 car in my drive way. and traded my gas hog truck in and got way more for it then i even expected when i showed up to pick up the car everyone was very friendly and made my family feel very welcome had the car inside nice and warm for us ready to go including a gas card. oh ya and i showed up three days early with just 2 hours notice. you cant beat these guys. if you have credit issues they will put you in a nice car.

    I had my eye on a jeep at this dealership for a while but being a 22 year old female, I wasn't sure going into car dealerships by myself was the best idea. After reading some reviews online with almost all of them stating that this was a trustworthy dealer, I decided to go in and check out the jeep, and I am so glad I did! Ryan the manager was very nice and let me take the jeep for 2 hours so I could get a better idea of how it drives and if it was something I really wanted. Adam, the salesman was very efficient and answered all of my questions. I traded in my 2004 jeep grand Cherokee with 119k miles and I got the blue book trade in value for it (I didn't even have to mention I knew the bluebook value to get this offer) which was what I was hoping to get, but not what I expected. Cory from the financial department was also a big help! He got all the paperwork done in a timely fashion and explained everything he was doing so I didn't leave with any questions. They told me to come back the next day and they would inspect it for me and detail it (even though it was already detailed so it wasn't really necessary, just a really nice thing! You can never clean a vehicle too much!). This was at no cost to me. They also will inspect your car for life free of charge as long as you own it. That's a big help! I would definitely recommend this dealer!
