    The best thing about my car shopping experience at First Team Kia was how smooth and easy the process was. My saleswoman, Charmin Anderson, was very detailed in her explanation and most importantly, she was very honest. It was the same with the financial manager, Robert Turk. They were both very friendly, welcoming and professional.

    I visited the Service Department, I was greeted by your employee (Tyler). He treated me as if my concerns (regarding my car) was the most important thing that was on his agenda for the day. I truly appreciated that, especially to know that it was not fake. He went out of his way to resolved any issues I may have had. Great Job!!!!

    People are friendly and seem to care what you think. They go over things with you until you understand everything. If they can't answer a question, they will find out for you. The sales people don't really pressure you into buying something you don't really want. Minu, my sales person, is a very nice and informative.

    Service department was great. Tyler McNeill was very helpful and ensured I had a positive experience, even after I was informed my vehicle would need new brakes. The vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and Tyler made sure I was taken to each department personally.
