    It appears that you aren't safe from Dave Gruner, even in death. After opting out several times online and multiple calls to Dave (I even got through once),... my Mom continues to receive offers from TOB to buy her 2012 Camry and sell her a new one. The only problem is that she's been gone coming up on 6 years. I've made this quite clear to everybody that I've talked to at TOB (to include Dave). The shop is the only one who's grasped this concept as they've stopped sending service notices. Sadly, the sales department keeps trying to buy, sell, and lease a car to my Mom (and her ex-husband who may or may not still be alive). Dave says to "see me personally for a great deal". I'm tempted to put her urn on his desk and see him work his magic.

    I just bought my Second Camry at this Dealership, that tells you what kinda dealership Bowie Toyota is. I looked for cars everywhere but when I step my... feet on this dealership I was greeted with Professionalism and Friendliness of Mr Huani. I took advantage of Labor Day Weekend Promotion which I end up to save $3000 on my 2018 Camry. Miss Hana was great. She informed me and Wife all about Finances and numbers. She did explain everything to us before signing any Document and also she answered all of our Questions. I surely will return for my third Car.

    I recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander 2018 from Toyota of Bowie, and my sales consultant was Fayyaz khan. He was superb. Professional in all manner,... knowledgeable of his product and excellent to work with. Fayyaz is easy to work with, understands the informed purchaser mindset, and is ready to support the sale in every way possible. He was with me till 1:30am to provide me all the services that was possible for him. He is simply the best! KHAN made my purchasing experience the best I have had in the new car market. Kudos to FAYYAZ and the entire Bowie team. Well done!

    6/19/2019 3:46pm After posting what had occur to me I received a call from customer relations manger Jackie and she stated that they wanted to rectify... the situation and offered her apologies. Moreover, she went on to state that they would like to conduct a engine test to make sure my car is safe for driving and then we would go from there. I agreed but I explained that it still doesn't take away from what happened to me or my children, and that I am very unhappy with the situation. To be frankly honest I don't have that much faith in Toyota anymore. For starters lets say they do conduct the test and everything with my engine is okay well in the simplest terms case closed right. Because lets be honest big company's like Toyota aren't for the customer if any wrong doing is found to be true and can be proven in the court of law. In most cases it all about damage control and covering themselves. I hate to state it but its the true for example how many consumer cases have we all read about and the company was actually guilty and people or person's were hurt from there wrong doing and at first it seemed like the company was there to try and aid/reconcile because of their faults; and then they turn on the consumer and fight them tooth and nail to cover what had occurred. It makes you wonder are there intentions of true nature or is it a ploy of cover. To be truthful that's how I feel and what raised that red flag was when she stated that we all make mistakes but if we fix them we are in good condition. Not to mention the fact that she asked me to please un-post what I had written and just state that she is taking care of it. Lastly, to sum up my statement of truth lets conduct an account of facts: 1.) On 5/27/2019 @ 11: 38am in when my car was serviced and the wrong doing occurred. 2.) On 5/27/2019 @ approximately 10pm my censors on my dashboard began to sound off and went crazy while I was driving on the highway with my children in the car and only by grace was I able to get to a safe road to pull over. 3.) Several minutes later I saw a puddle of fluids coming from the bottom of my car, roadside assistants was called, once they arrived me and my children were left stranded with no way home, causing me to call a family member for a ride. 4.) On 5/28/2019 @ 8:04am Toyota of Capitol Plaza found Toyota of Bowie's wrong doing. The drain plugs gasket was loose, the oil cap was loose, and saturated the upper shield and the lower oil pan and front suspension. And I was told that there wasn't enough or hardly in oil in my car to support the turning on of my engine and that I was blessed to be able to pull over safely that night. The manger Tim at Toyota of Bowie was contacted and was made aware of their wrong doing by Mr. Lee of Toyota of Capitol Plaza. Tim then stated to me that he would put together a compensation package because of what happen. I stated that this incident could have claimed the lives of me and my children or at best could have been terribly injured. He asked me to give him a chance to correct the mistake and me trusting his word agreed. I received my car back from Toyota of Capitol Plaza at approximately 4:30pm. 5.) Five days later I had to take it upon myself to contact Tim and to add insult to injury he stated the compensation package was on my next service date if I bring my car back to them Toyota of Bowie would pay for my servicing. I turned him down immediately and told him we could have gotten terrible hurt of worse could have lost our lives maybe I should go see a lawyer. he then stated that he thought I should speak with another manger and what type of compensation was I looking for. Moreover he would take my concern to the director of Toyota of Bowie and he would call me back. Sadly I never heard from him or anyone from Toyota again. 6.) 6/19/2019 @ approximately 8:44am shortly after making a bad review about Toyota of Bowie on the survey and online is when I was contacted by Toyota and was told that Jacki

    The customer service at Toyota of Bowie is unbelievably amazing. The management and sales staff CARE about you! Especially when there is a salesman like... FAYYAZ KHAN. He work with you to ensure you are able to get a car that is safe, reliable, and within your budget! My son & i spent a great deal of time (about 4 hours haha) & Couldn't be happier with the purchase, A 2019 Black Camry XSE with a Perfect combination of Red Interior. I love this place and they will always have my business.

    Toyota of Bowie used to be a good place to buy cars but when they hired the new manager Tim, I don't recommend to go and waste your time. We finalized... a deal to buy 3 Camry 2018 he even run our credit last minute he changed his words and said he can't sell the for agreed price and we have to pay $2000 more simply because he made a mistake in selecting the trim model we wanted, we test drove the car even, simply he wasted 4 hours of our time. Not recommend at all.

    I brought a used car from Toyota of Bowie I was very happy with purchase I made but not so happy with the terms I made with the salesmen about purchasing... the car. Thanks to Ken my faith was restored in the purchased that I made. The sales people treat ypu like family Johnathan and Ricardo are great salesmen. Marcus was a great financial specialist. But Ken is the man he keeps promises and keeps a smile on your face. My outlook on visiting that hill of dealers is slowing changing. Thanks to everybody involved in making sure my daughter have a good car to take to school in NC. Need a new or used car talk to Ricardo or Johnathan!
