Don't waste money buying an extended service warranty. Take your vehicle to another dealer for repairs. I have had too many issues with the mecha...nics and advisors not doing there job. The advidors are only concerned about their 5 stars, versus your driving safety, and they'll take it upon themselves to alter your personal information if your wife gives them a bad survey, because they didn't do their job in the first place. Alfred P. is a great advisor and seems to be one of the very few in the area that has integrity and some work ethic. It's a shame he'll be leaving. I've reported my experiences to the BBB because, in my most recent visit, I found out not only did they change my info, the recall that was to be taken care of on my last visit in March was not. I actually never received an email of the recall because the service manager (Dan) and/ or advisor (Amanda) deleted my info, but the point was my AC compressor was bad, and never brought to my attention in March, it's June and Alfred handled the situation great. I bought two vehicles from this dealership in May of 2016, plus two extended service warranties ($8,000), so my service would be done at this dealership. Also during this recent visit it was suggested on file that my wife and I go to another dealership for service since we have issues. Our only issue is the people working there not doing their xxxx jobs, and if you all have a problem then you can refund me the extended service plans, and I'll go else where. If not, then shut the xxxx up and do your job, because anymore issues and you will feel the wrath. I will not allow you all to destroy another engine like you did to our VW. Yes, you replaced the $12,000 engine, but then again you all were at fault, so DO YOUR JOB!!!
