Required Service

Pearson Toyota has been servicing my RAV4 since we arrived in Virginia in 2010. They have always been professional and courteous with every visit. They take the time out to explain any defects they may find and give you options for repair or replacement. Keep up the great work.

Always friendly fast customer service.

Everyone there is very friendly, professional, and always accommodating and caring. Excellent feedback and follow up from our service consultant. Very comfortable and accommodating customer waiting lounge. Highly recommended to all.

Salesperson had superior knowledge

Our saleswoman really knew about the Highlander we were considering. Cars no longer are just metal, tires and leather interior. They are a whole computer system and she knew all about them and was able to communicate how it works to those of us who are less tech savvy

First purchase, great experience!

This was my first experience with buying a new car. I was a bit nervous and Megan made it so much easier then I could have imagined. Before my appointment I told her the specifics of what I was looking for in a new car but explained I was on a fixed income. She and the other employees worked with me as best as they could with my budget. I LOVE my new car but it makes it that much better that the experience of the purchase was a breeze. She should be considered as asset to the company and valued as an employee.

Prius bad bear

Why did it take over an hour and a half to do a state inspection and an oil change ? It took less than 45 minutes to do the exact same thing to my Avalon 2 days earlier.

His team had a vehicle just before yours that turned into a bigger concern than we had antacipated and our state inspector assigned to your vehicle ran behind. I do not believe we communicated this to you as we should have. You are a valued customer and I would like to show you we can meet your expectations. If I may have your permission, I would like to move both your vehicles to the red team so scheduling and service may be easier for you. Great customer service

10 years ago we purchased our first Highlander from John Spain. When it came time to replace that car we called John again, told him what we were looking for, and he found us a used 2015 Highlander that fit into our budget. Our experience with Pearson Toyota, and John Spain, was very positive and we would highly recommend John and Pearson Toyota to all our friends.

Avalon Inspection & oil change was fast

Heather was polite, friendly, and kept explanations short, simple, and understandable. She described what needed to be done and presented several options available to me.

New purchase, trade in older model

Professional, courteous and competent. No push for add-ons e.g. extended warranty, etc. Dealt originally with Jim Russo who was friendly and informative and easy to work with but subsequently my dealings were with Meghan Duffy who was also very friendly, informative and competent. She answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough briefing on the specifics of my new vehicle. All in all an excellent interchange and one which I would gladly repeat when I next am in the market for a new vehicle....

It was good and bad expriance

Because my credit was check over 4 place and I dnt authorize that and I was told they are doing it through my bank because that what I ask for but that was not the case that xxxx me off i have so much hit of my credit that's why u dnt get my 5 star because the first people lie to me I know there name but is all good
