    I just cant believe how skillful of a salesman Brian Lima is. See i went in looking for a 2015 chevy malibu and came out with exactly that. The exact color and trim but the point is that im one of those buyers who search around and homework prices but for some odd reason Lima knew exactly what to do. He asked me a couple of questions and all i remember was signing papers with no money down and payments as low as "low" just like he said. Thank you Lima and Martin Chevrolet for making my car buying experience fast easy and professional.

    After a dynastic check of my tire light sensor which was problematic. it was found to be reprogrammable and all errors were corrected. the service rep (Christina) was very specific, thorough and clear explaining the process preformed in correcting the error. We are satisfied with the work preformed on our car as well as the manner it was explained.

    Took car in for oil change, went to pick car up. Service rep said manager tire pressure sensor light wont come off after tech reprogrammed the sensor. Service rep it will cost about $80.00 to replace sensor. QUESTION; why should I (as a customer) have to pay for this? Tire Sensor Light was working fine prior to my taking the car in for an OIL CHANGE. Please explain,,,,,,,,,,

    made an appointment. returned after 3.5 hours and nothing had been done. They said one more hour. I got the car, not repaired and drove away. Bad scheduling, although they took the first 10 minutes of the 3.5 hours to check my alignment and then try to sell me a front wheel alignment.

    My salesman, Steve Lavine was extremely knowledgeable on the features of the Tahoe. He was patient with our questions and was genuinely interested in getting us in the right vehicle for our price point. During the down time he was personable and made sure we were checked out in the Tahoe to confidently drive off the lot and use the new technology.

    The grounding prong on the charger for my Chevy Volt broke and it was determined not to be covered under warranty. Jacob Dyehouse worked seamlessly to find another way to replace the charger without charging me a single cent. Wonderful customer service.
