The service was great! I was kept informed through the appointment. I dropped my car off for the service and they completed the service in a timely manner.... Everyone was very professional.
Have bought 2 Forerunners since 2016 persuaded my daughter to buy from them I am so sorry! They are not true to their word Not again !
The service department is outstanding. From the time you turn over the car until time to drive out, they are warm and friendly. They kept me informed... on the servicing requirements and progress to completion. The waiting area is neat and clean and well maintained. The service manager welcomed me to the dealership via text and followed up the day after to see if I had any concerns. I will continue to make Priority Toyota my choice for all servicing needs on my 2018 Toyota Corolla.
Tom Dorman and Fafham were excellent to deal with. Made our experience so easy. Came in was there for a few hours and put into 2 new vehicles. Can wait... to try out the Priorities for life.
Bought a car in June and Priority Toyota Hampton still has not filed the title with the DMV. After repeated calls and visits, still hasn't been done.... Be very careful with Priority Toyota Hampton.
Here we go again with this fraudulent dealership. Honestly, I do not even know how they are still in business!?!?!?!?? Purchased a used RX350 from them... in April 2017. Battery says to have 84,000 miles warranty, purchased and installed in February 2017. Went to Sam's to replace battery, they honestly stopped work b/c they realized that the battery had a warranty and advised to go to dealership - per battery stickers. Came into Toyota dealership, they say they cant do anything because the battery has no warranty since I purchased it. Aaaahhhh... I purchased from you!!! You are a dealership AND it clearly states that it is your battery with those warranty metrics. What is there to lose by replacing or pro-rating, for a new battery??? Antics of this kind is what gives dealerships (lacking honesty and the customer's best interest) a BAD name!
This is my second vehicle with priority toyota and my experience is terrible this time. I just bought a new toyota highlander XLE and it hasn't been even... a month and it started dripping from the sun roof. I never opened the sunroof though. I made a complain to priority and they said they'll talk to the manufacturer. I didn't get any reply for 2 days so I went there again to inquire about the same and they said they haven't got any reply yet. It has been a week since I have filed a complaint still no reply. This is the pathetic kind of customer service I have ever faced.
I came in to look at the new Rav4 hybrid, and left with exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Tom and the staff at Priority Toyota for a wonderful... buying experience.
I took my Highlander in for it's 30K check up and my wheel was damaged in the process. I talked to the service manager and he shook my hand and said he... would get back to me in one day. I have left at least 4 messages with him and it's now over 6 weeks with no response. I'm very disappointed with the disrespect shown me. Kim
After pulling into Priority Honda we were greeted by the sales rep Tiffany Sears. After visiting over 10 dealerships and meeting multiple reps, Tiffany... had to be the most empathetic rep out of them all. She wasn't aggresive like most and she was extremly patient. She immediately understood what we were looking for and she offered incredible insight on the car we were looking to buy. I came in that day with an intention of not buying anything but thanks to Tiffany Sears' flexible negotiating, I got the chance to drive off the lot with an amazing deal. If you go to this dealership I recommend requesting for Tiffany, you won't regret it!
