Most horrible experience ever. On the phone I asked for a female sales associate. When I arrived they partnered us with Todd. Should have been my 1st warning. We purchased a Sienna Platinum on a Saturday that was to be delivered in about a week. Put a $6000 down payment on the vehicle. 4 days later when I called, I found out it was sold before our contract was finalized the day we were there, but no one informed us. Asked to be informed about their search to find another car similar to the one we signed paperwork on. I had to call each day to find information. When I expressed my feeling to them that I felt they were not being truthful, the salesperson immediately called me back and said his manager told him to return my money. When I called to speak with the general manager he declined to take my call. Later I spoke with the Inventory manager who was kind and ultimately refunded my money. I went to another dealership and went to sign the contract - I found that Priority had locked a higher interest rate with Toyota Financial than the one they had put in the contract so Toyota Financial was unable to get me the lower interest rate I qualified for. Doubly Screwed by this dealership! Made the mistake of not reading reviews prior to coming here. Will never make the mistake again. Be careful at this dealership.

If i could give Priority Toyota Hampton -10 stars i would. This dealership is the worst place to do business. My wife and I traded our cars in and they were supposed to pay off both of them. This was 4/14/2021 and its now 5/11/2021 and they have not paid off our vehicles and after contacting honda because both of our accounts are past due they also didn’t obtain the correct pay off amount so Toyota told us “that’s not our problem, and we have to pay it” Every time i call or go into the store i get told something different and they lie straight to my face and say they have paid the car off. They also have xxxxty service the day i got the car which hasn’t even been a month when i got home my tire pressure light was on. Get it checked and there is a nail in the tire. Now after spending thousands of dollars they tell me i have to pay for the tire. Now i was told when buying all the extended warranties that my tires were covered, which they lied. I received the car that they drove down from northern VA with a nail in my tire. Don’t do business with this dealership they do not care all they do is lie and steal money from you.

Priority is then and not you
My experience with priority has been nothing but a bad one after another. I have to sit there for 3 hours for them to change my oil and filter or whatever they have to do. Which is nothing but maybe basic tire rotation or oil change. When I came there recently to buy a car they offered below trade in value for my own car which it’s 2016 below 60000 thousand miles and it’s a higher trim level also. I barely got anywhere higher than the trade in value of my car. I am truly disappointed at this dealership and I don’t know what else to say about anymore. Even the priority Honda is even worse than Toyota. They will jerk you around and play around with you and tell you one deal and then once you go sign the paperwork it’s a totally different story and numbers are way higher! That’s at priority Honda by the way! Because they will loose money they try to sell you a extended warranty and try to tell you how good the warranty is and all this stuff. My trust has gone out of the window with priority Toyota or priority Honda. Which ever one they are not making you a priority. They priority is to make money from you and at the end they win and not you! That’s just my opinion on this dealership and I don’t want you to think that I am here to talk and write reviews. I am here to tell you my personal experience. To them either you earn their business or you don’t.

Worst customer service out there, I recently bought a used car worth 6600$, drove it for one day and engine light came on. Went to Autozone and got it check out, came out that the camshaft position sensor was bad. WOW. Called the salesman asking what I should do and he just dismissed my problem cause you know he already got his money. I called him again and he says to bring it in TODAY! So I did, drove from Virginia Beach to the service area and a serviceman told me they are closed, CLOSED! So I went to my salesman and he said they shouldn’t be and we confronted that serviceman apparently he didn’t say that and that he said they can’t do anymore cars today. LIES, he said closed, so they told me to bring it in the next day came in 9 am told them what’s wrong they said they’ll take care of it, told me what was wrong which I already knew, told me that the part they need is 15 min down the road and it’ll take 3-4 hours to install, so that’s not too bad, I waited 4 hours until I started looking for my car, went around back and MY CAR WAS STILL AT THE SAME SPOT WHERE I LEFT IT. Like cmon. So I came up to the lady that helped me and she said she’ll check on it. Then the SAME serviceman came up to me and said they got the “WRONG PART” which is total and utterly BULL!!! It’s been sitting there and y’all forgot about it. LAIRS AND ONLY THERE FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!! “Priority” the name is a joke. Yeah this is very descriptive and I know they know who Iam but it doesn’t matter I’m not taking my business here NO MORE! SALESMAN AND SERVICE ARE THE WORST HERE.

My husband and I began our search last night for the perfect car for our teenage daughter. We went to Priority Totota to look at a car that we had seen online. I made the mistake of not realizing the car was at a different Priority dealership. The saleman that we spoke to, Adam Byrd was magnificent! He apologized for ME making the mistake and offered to show us another car on the lot after we told him exactly what we were looking for. The car was perfect!!! It was more than what we had in mind but after hearing about the cars features, mainly safety features and test driving it we knew it was the car we wanted. Never once did I feel pressured by Adam. He was very warm and friendly and he listened to us. We told him exactly what we could afford on the monthly payments and he made it happen within a matter of minutes. As we were waiting on the financing to be finalized didfferent employess came up and talked to us. It was a family feel business. When we went back to sign to papers and sit with the finance man I just knew something would go wrong..payments would be higher than we agreed upon, price of car would be higher, interest rate would be higher, lets face it those thing always happen. It didn't happen! Everything was exactly what was promised to us.The finance managr GeorgeVineyard was wonderful. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. This was by far the best buying experience we've ever encountered. We would highly recommend Priority Toyota to all of our friends and family. Adam you have made a teenage girl estatic! She was so surprised and loves her car. I know it will last her for years to come. Thank you for all you did.
Excellent Sales and Service!!
We had to trade in our 16yr. old Sienna and the salespeople there were extremely helpful and nice! They were able to meet our tight budget and we got a very nice 2007 Vibe for a really great price. We absolutely love the car! There were minor fixes that I wanted done and they were more than happy to do it for me and even lent me a car to use until the Vibe was ready. I could not ask for a better service or experience. We did have some problems with the service dept. prior to trading in our van, BUT the dealership owner/manager resolved the problem quickly and went above and beyond my satisfaction that proved yet again why we have always remained loyal to Toyota RK. We will not hesitate to continue to use their service again. I would highly recommend dealing with RK in Hampton, VA. I guarantee you will be pleased when you leave after conducting any kind of business with them!!
It Was Quick and Easy
I was working around the corner and as I drove past, I saw the Matrix. It was for my youngest daughter. The salesperson made the sale pretty quick, which is what I like. He was polite. Financing was great, It was quick and easy. I see you on TV all the time. It's running great. We have four Toyotas right now, seven if you count the trucks. I would say we're Toyota people. My experience was pretty good.
Everyone Treated Us Like Kings
My sister bought a car here, so I thought I would try it out. She bought her car in 2011. The salesman did very well, very well; he was right there, answered all our questions and made sure everything was ready to go with the new car. How can I say the finance office was excellent, but it really was. Everybody treated us like kings. I would and have recommended these guys to quite a few people actually., I love the car., That's all Ican say about it is that I love it.!!!
