    I can keep this real simple. This was without a doubt the most outstanding car purchasing experience of my life. Everyone was as helpful as they could have been, the process was smooth and timely and I was in my car (the only car I wanted) in a matter of days. The dealership as well as the staff were the best combination of professionalism and caring that I've had the pleasure of meeting. I would recommend this dealer and staff to my friends and family. They broke the stereotypical view of car salesman that I had formed because of past bad experiences.

    Just purchased my 2017 mazda Cx-9 machine Gray from Rosen Mazda of Waukegan. Terrence the internet manager gave me upfront pricing for the vehicle that I wanted. He was very helpful in finding the car that I want. When I stopped by the store, Terrence had me working with Tony Espinosa. Tony helped me a lot and actually gave me a better deal. Originally I was looking for a 2016 but Tony gave me a better deal on a 2017 Mazda Cx-9. Tony helped a lot in facilitating and making me decide to buy the 2017. Paul the general manager made sure that I got the best rate that I can qualify for. The whole team was really awesome. I would highly recommend Tony E, Terrence and Paul. If you are on the market for a Car I would highly recommend stopping by Mazda of Waukegan before going to any other place. They will make sure that you are satisfied with your experience.

    BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Had to give 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Found a truck online last Friday and called to see if it was still available. We live 1 1/2 hrs away and didn't want to make an unnecessary trip. Henry said it was still there and told him we would be there around 1:00 pm the next day. Henry called Sat. morning to make sure we were still coming. We got there at 12:55 and Henry was not there. Alex let us test drive and check out the truck. Henry was there when we got back. We decided to make an offer for $300 below asking price. Then, we played "let me ask my manager" and nothing could be taken off. Said thanks and off we went. Tuesday, Henry starts calling and calling. Offered to take $20 off, lol. Told him no thanks, made another offer and told him to text me if it was accepted as I wanted it in writing before making the trip back. Henry called the next day finally (many times) and left messages. Called him back and told him to text me the offer. He did. Told him we would be there Friday after getting off work at 5 then making the drive. He called many more times on Thursday to make sure we were coming and then asked for a credit card deposit as someone was coming to see it Friday early. Told him that would not be happening and to go ahead and sell it if he wants. He called 3 times Friday(I work 3rd shift) to make sure we were coming. Guess it didn't sell. Called again at about 5:30 as we were getting ready to leave to make sure we were coming. We were just leaving. After driving for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, almost there, Henry calls. Wants to know if we can come tomorrow instead. Said the computer was down and couldn't print out necessary plate info. Told him not possible. Said give me a minute and I will call you back. Called back and said yeah unfortunately the computer is down but if you want to come in and complete the deal, maybe I can try to find a porter to drive the truck to you tomorrow. What a bunch of BS. More than just a computer glitch I am sure. Consider yourself warned and steer clear of this place!!!

    I don't need that attitude. Needed to have my brakes repaired under warranty ( brake assist is leaking). Was told the repair would take a couple hours. Made an appointment for 9:30 Monday. Gotta have brakes right? Told them exactly what the problem was. After a 10 minute inspection they said they it would take 2 days to get the part and put it in. When I questioned why I was told the repair would take a couple hours when in reality it will take a couple days, I was informed "that's just how it is, you're not a regular customer and if you don't like it you can find somewhere else to get the car fixed." I told them I would do just that and Liberytville Mazda was a breath of fresh air after dealing with these clowns!

    I came to Rosen Mazda to test drive a Mazda 3. I asked for Paul, the new car general manager whom I had purchased from previously. Paul passed me on to Tony Espinosa who helped narrow down our search based on options. Tony had us test drive a 2016 Mazda 3 and later a 2015 that was available. After test driving both vehicles, we discussed rebates and pricing. This is the part of buying a car that I usually hate. Paul and Tony gave me a very fair price right off the bat and I purchased the 2015 Mazda 3. I picked up the car the following weekend. Tony had the car ready, gave us a walk around and explained all the accessories on the car to us. All the paperwork was as was agreed upon earlier with no surprises. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

    My car was a total loss. Going back to work Monday, I was very stressed. I called and I spoke to Charlie. He was great. He called me back. He told me what I needed to bring in. I was stress. Without a car, how will I get to and from work. I hate buying cell phones and car.. They take up your whole day. Not today.he really help me a lot. I was stressed and he saw that..     If you are looking for a dealership who provides superior customer service and no pressure this is the one. We just purchased the new MX-5 Launch Edition (awesome car)and I picked Scott (manager) at Waukegan Rosen based on reviews and I picked right. There were some wants with this vehicle and Scott assured me that he would get everything we wanted on the car and he delivered. Charles closed the deal when the car arrived and he was professional and extremely knowledgeable and did not let us leave the dealership until we understood everything. We have never had such a positive experience purchasing a car. Happy new Mazda owners! Jill and Chris, Libertyville
