Priority Toyota Richmond Hours
As a new automotive retailer in 1999, we knew that in order to succeed we needed to do things differently. Car buyers t
old us so. You want to be treated with respect in the purchase process. You want a fair price and excellent service. And you want extra benefits that a major purchase deserves like a car deserves. In other words, you want a car dealership that makes your needs their Priority.

wish I would have left it alone ! Drop it off Tuesday for an all day repair go to pick it up at 5 pieces not in place where they should be Dash was lopsided... showed the people in service they agreed I refuse to pick the car up their greed went back today the mechanic smack peace back in place to break the locks on the trim pull the carpet up on the passenger side left it then scratched my car all over did something to the head lights the look terrible refused the car for the second time the mechanic and the service manager was standing there when the mechanic said the 09 Toyota Camry was an older car and the pieces didn't line up properly so it is what it is so I left it again come Thursday when I go look at the car again I will call Chesterfield County Police Department and have them come and write a report on all the damage to my car that happened at Priority Toyota I can clearly tell you. I will press charges by the pictures you can clearly see the mechanic was upset because we refused the job and he took it out on my car I was smart and took pictures Tuesday as we were refusing to take the car away
How do I start? Well, I am going to start by giving my review on every single place I can leave one. I was NOT happy with our service at Priority in... Feb of this year.. The positive, our salesman, although somewhat pushy, he got the job done.. He made promises that he could not fulfill. Promised me the visor would be fixed (it was floppy), the hood was never buffed out (had acid rain damage) and we never received the touch up paint, also promised... In fact, I had a call from the salesman who sold us the car around a month later and I mentioned it to him... He once again promised it would be sent.... it never was. A few months later I get another call from a manger there asking how the car was etc., I once again mentioned the paint... He promised it would be sent and it NEVER was. We will see if the paint is sent because my husband went in for our first oil change @ 10:30AM this morning. He got home 2 hours later! He did ask about the touch up paint AGAIN and they could not find it lol. It was reordered and I will UPDATE this post on whether or not we receive it. I was so turned off by a sales manager named Mark that I didn't even want him near me when we made the deal on the vehicle. I also asked for the car to be detailed since there was still trash inside of it.... I was told the only go over the vehicle once and that they do not do super details on used cars. Okay, whatever. Trash is trash and should be removed! Our salesman had to clean it for us. I felt bad. My last complaint is their record keeping. Apparently they cannot find the information on the vehicle they sold us a few months ago. You know the one that has a picture and options.. everything that has been done to the vehicle etc? I am very upset that they cannot come up with this for me. I have a bone to pick with them. In closing, I will never purchase another vehicle from Priority. I hope they read this and truly correct their mistakes.
Calvin helped me find the perfect vehicle! He was very patient, and made me his number one "Priority"! I am beyond pleased with his service!
I was taken here by a friend who along with his relative purchased 2 cars from here in the last 4 months. I was to buy a new Toyota Sienna. The sales rep... was patient with us and when the price negotiation was not going anywhere, we started to leave. We were having a last word with the sales rep when the sales manager came and started yelling at us to leave [probably feeling we wasted their time]. When we wanted to complain to a higher up, he followed us and threatened us to call police and started to call the police. He yelled he does not want to sell the van to us etc etc. The people who took me there were ashamed and embarrassed. We left from there with the worst customer experience ever. Don't go here and i will tell anyone i know about the worst behavior of this manager. Is this the way to treat a toyota buyer who bought two cars who actually referred me and took me there? What a shame!! Taking my business somewhere else.
I had the best experience. Micheal at this dealership was very professional and helped my mom and I tremendously! I can honestly say they will do what... they can to give you the most positive experience! We were very pleased and I drove off with my new Corolla a happy customer! Micheal was great and definitely recommended.
Last September we were looking for a new Venza with dark exterior and light interior after over three weeks of looking we found what we wanted online at... Priority Toyota Chester VA, roughly 70 miles from our home. We met with Thurman at 6pm, September 26. Thurman was everything you hope for in a car salesman. He took the time to demonstrate all of the car's features, answer all of our questions and helped us get a very good deal. He assisted us in transferring our belongings to our new car. We left the dealership a little after 9:30pm. About 10:00pm we received a text from Thurman ensuring we had made it home safely-¿ We have two minor issues: first, the vehicle inspection expires February 2016, just four months after the purchase (no biggie as inspections are free at Priority dealerships); and second, about a month after taking delivery, we were washing the car and noticed that were missing a rooftop antenna, we contacted the dealership and were informed that the car was delivered with the antenna and a replacement would cost $59-Thurman suggested we look into after-market (price range 10 to $20).
I purchased my 2015 in July. My sales associate was Richard Thompkins, my experience far exceeded my expectations. I would and have recommended Richard... to my friends and family. I would definitely buy another car from Richard..
I had a terrible service experience with this dealership and will NEVER go back. I would also recommend that no one purchase a car here. Their logo is... "Priority is not just a name. It's a way of doing business". I can tell you first hand that customer service is NOT a priority. It took them a week to fix my car. They never answer the phone when you call the "service adviser". I had to keep leaving messages just to try and get an update on my car. I ended up going there in person to get answers from the service manager. The sad thing is nobody ever apologized or said we’re sorry for the poor customer service experience. I feel sorry for people who have "priorities for life". I'll be filing a complaint with Toyota Corporate.
We traded our 2012 Sienna for a 2014 Prius V 5. Richard Thompkins was our salesman and we would recommend him to family, friends or anybody else who is... looking to purchase a Toyota, new or used. We purchased our 2012 Sienna from Priority in Jan 2012 and ALL the services were done there by Shawn Warren in the service department. Shawn Warren is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. If you are in the market for a new or used Toyota call Richard Thiompkins at Priority.
Dylan Ricard was the salesman that helped me pick out my new 2015 Toyota Corolla. I am IN LOVE with this car. Not only was Dylan extremely knowledgeable... in every aspect of buying a car, he was patient when I asked him almost a hundred questions. I appreciated his honesty and his time more than anything. You know you're at the right place when the salesman doesn't just care about making the sale, he cares about the person and the thought process is takes into buying a car. Aside from the great service, I am really impressed with the Priorities for Life! You really can't beat getting your oil changed and state inspections for free. Everyone was so nice, including random employees coming up to the desk just to say hi and make small talk.
