Never coming back here. Nope, never. From the very beginning I was bounced around from salesperson to salesperson. Then they wouldn't take my deposit... over the phone. Then they played the "someone else is coming to look at it; the first one with cash gets it. Better hurry!" trope. I was out of town, so I tried to find a way to pay for the car; credit card, PayPal, wire transfer. Nope, nope, nope. They couldn't manage to find any way to take my money other than my wife come to the store and hand them a check. I persuaded her to go there simply to drop off the payment and it took TWO ENTIRE HOURS for them to complete the transaction. And this was for all-cash, as-is, where-is, no warranty, wholesale transaction. Smarmy, greasy, weasly people. I'll NEVER deal with Haley of Farmville (or any Haley dealership, for that matter) as long as I live.
Body shop manager will look you in the face and lie. She insults the inteligence of anyone with an ounce of common sense. They ruined my cars paint job... and their shoddy work devalued my car so much a whole new paint job was needed. Horrible service from the gen mngr when I approached him about it. ABSOLUTELY nothing got done to rectify the damage THEY did. Cost more the the damage the deer made.
Came in with a number I wanted for cost, payment, etc. Ended up test driving a vehicle that was way over my request (unknowingly)- found out once credit... checks and "numbers" were being run. In no way did they respect my desires. When I walked out, their demeanor became rude and responses were short. In a small town like this, you may want to scale back on that behavior... word of mouth can getcha;)
Purchasing process of my new suv was smooth, easy and pleasant. I've continued to bring my vehicle to their service department for regular maintenance... and I'm always welcomed and serviced in a timely manner.
