Overall, the least stressful experience we've had in purchasing a car. No pressure to go over our budget. Nice selection in what we were looking for. Definitely would use same company and salesperson again.

I regret that I do not recall the name of the person in...

I regret that I do not recall the name of the person in service who took care of me last week, but he was courteous, attentive, and forthright in the time I spent with him. If you'd like me to describe him, please give me a call. At any rate, I was told over the phone that, if I brought my car in by 9:40 a.m., the service I required would not be finished until after 1:30 p.m. The gentleman who greeted me and took care of me throughout the service process informed me that I should be back on the road by noon. In fact, the car was ready and washed before 10:30 a.m.!! Since buying my Honda more than a year ago, I've visited Dick Hannah's service center three or four times for routine service matters and, unfortunately for me, I had to bring the car into the body shop once. All of my experiences have mirrored the one from last week. The service crew is simply outstanding!

We are with the Customer for Life program. Everyone in...

We are with the Customer for Life program. Everyone in the service dept. is always friendly. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by smiles from everyone. The service is always done in a timely manner. And Jason does such a good job of explaining what service is going to be done, he also lets you know what is needed in the near future. This time it was the brake fluid needed to be changed. He explained how it needs to be changed every three years and left it up to me to decide if I wanted it done this trip. The Customer for Life program is really a nice feature, we have had the car 3 years and have already had a new set of tires installed. They even did an upgrade to a better tire. Now we are close to having another set of tires put on at no charge! We tell everyone we know what a great experience we always have here.

My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Dick Hannah Honda. Our sales person Mike White was friendly, knowledgeable, and spent as much time with us as we needed. Originally we were on are way to Dick Hannah to look at the KIA Sportage. We stopped at Subaru and drove through KIA and finally parking in the Honda dealership to look around. Paul Ligman came up and introduced himself ask what car we are looking for we told him the KIA Paul said he could show us any car in any lot. He ask if we thought about a Honda and showed my wife a Honda CR-V. We went on a test drive and my wife really liked it but was not sure about the coler We thought that a red was what we liked with navigation leather etc, they did find one red at another dealer and could have it there the next day. We were still not sure if we wanted to purchase the Honda CR-V so Paul asked if we wanted to take it home so we did, but my wife still wanted to drive the KIA before buying the Honda. Paul said lets go drive one and when we did my wife said she liked the Honda a 100% more. So we purchased the Honda, Paul was very patient with us and when I ask him questions and there were plenty, if he didn't know he would get me a answer. Overall my wife and I were pleased with Paul as are sales person and all the other staff we worked with Sunsan Borgart, Lisa Maunu and Missy Estes were all friendly and professional at there jobs. WE will recommend Dick Hannah Honda and tell them to see ask for Paul Ligman to help them with the car the are looking for. Dale & Brenda Baldwin

My first experience with Dick Hannah Honda was when I...

My first experience with Dick Hannah Honda was when I took my mom there to buy her car in 2012. She received excellent service, and based on her experience, I decided to visit Dick Hannah Honda when it was time for me to buy a car. The minute we walked up to the door, we were greeted by Danny. I explained to him that I needed a used vehicle, just something for short daily commutes. He asked for relevant information: price range, number of passengers, etc., and showed me the vehicles matching my description. I ended up with something higher than my expected price range, but it was due to my realization that my chosen vehicle was going to be much more reliable than the vehicles in my original price range. Throughout the entire process, Danny was very patient and helpful. Danny is very knowledgable and made the entire process easy and pain-free. I enjoyed my experience with Dick Hannah Honda and Danny Miller, and would be happy to recommend both to my family and friends.

We originally went to Dick Hannah because it was close...

We originally went to Dick Hannah because it was close and I knew they had lots of cars to choose from (I didn't realize however that they have over 25 acres to choose from!). When we arrived we were greeted by John Sherlock. We explained that we were looking for a car for my wife, and John went out of his way to ensure we had a chance to see every car that 'fit' what she wanted. When we finally decided on the 'perfect' car, John again went out of his way to make sure the entire experience was one of no pressure, and just all-around pleasant. I would like to thank John and the entire team at Dick Hannah for making the entire experience a very comfortable one. Definitely the polar-opposite of what I have become accustomed to when buying a car. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the gentleman who was yelling "BUY IT!!! BUY IT!!!" from his car window as he was driving by when we were looking at the car we ended up purchasing. That was awesome! :) Thank you!! Jeff & Andria 2007 Saturn Sky

I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from Nick Barnes...

I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from Nick Barnes at Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver, Washington. My experience was fantastic. Nick was knowledgeable and friendly. The car I ended up with was exactly what I wanted and ended up costing less per month than I originally was expecting to pay. In fact, I traded in a 2006 Acura for the new car and my new car payment is HALF what I was paying per month for my Acura, for a BRAND NEW CAR. I told Nick that I was in a hurry when I was there because I had to get back to work. My deal was done in about an hour, which is probably unheard of. Nick and the rest of the staff knew I had limited time and they were actually -running- to get things done so I could get going. I believe that the Best Price Policy this dealership has was key in saving a lot of time and grief- there wasn't the usual back-and-forth haggling and negotiating that I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. The haggling drama I've experienced at other dealerships made me feel like the salesperson was trying to take advantage of me or get one over on me, especially because I'm a female. Nick followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy and didn't have any questions or problems. I also had Kelsey New give me a quote for Allstate insurance and she ended up saving me about $40 a month from my previous insurance company. I would strongly recommend Dick Hannah Honda to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a car; in fact, I already have recommended it to several coworkers. Thanks again Nick!

Very good service....friendly and informative. We appreciate the shuttle service as well. When we got home we noticed something sticking out of the hood.....a rag was left in our engine. Overlooked.

Nick Barnes was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly — couldn't ask for anything more. In the end, the Honda just wasn't right for us (and that's coming from a family of nothing but Hondas!), but because the Dick Hannah owns multiple dealerships, we were able to continue on with Nick as our salesperson for the Kia Soul we purchased. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. Nick went out of his way to get us what we wanted at a price that was fair. We totally recommend him and would come to him first for our next car. Thanks, Nick!
