    Once Again I try and trust HALEY but in the end disappointment sets in. They called and offered a $5.00 car wash. I thought GREAT service... I arrive... at scheduled time. After sitting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I go to Customer Service and ask how much longer. She proceeds to come back and tell me another 3 minutes. I walk around to wash bay and the guy is just starting on it. He said that it was a mix up, he had started on the black truck. So I asked him to please drive my car around immediately so I can go. He did. I took paperwork in dropped my $5.00 off and left. (needless to say without a completed wash) I don't know what is the problem. Is it bad Management?? Just overall bad Customer Service.. the girl LIED! instead of telling me the truth she thought I would go sit back and wait another 45 minutes but WRONG! Ju

    I contacted this dealer by email after seeing an online ad. I am located about four hours from the dealer, but was very clear that I wanted the car and... would have traveled to get it if necessary. Salesman Jeff Bannon said I did not need to, as he would have the car driven up to me, we agreed on a price, and I got my financing in place. Only after this occurred, Jeff first vented at me via email for trying to move the transaction along quickly when he was busy, then said the car was mine and I didn't need to worry, but later called me back to say that the car had been sold to someone else (probably for a higher price). Beware dealing with this dealer and this salesman long distance, as it seems as if they were playing games, and, in any event, did not keep their word. Do not trust them or do business on a handshake with these slick folks.
