Very displeased.

Very displeased. Had discussions for a few days re purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-9. We agreed on "out the door" price and scheduled to make the long journey (2.5-3 hrs) to visit the dealer, consummate the deal. Even got a cashiers check in the agreed upon amount. Hit bad traffic driving to the dealer and was delayed an hour, which I texted multiple times updating them with no reply. When we arrived, we were told they were negotiating with someone else on the car. Slimy! I would recommend no one do business with the company or the salesperson Mike.

Well I can't give a full review cause I have to take my

Well I can't give a full review cause I have to take my car to be serviced this Thursday. Just a day after getting the Vet home the "check engine light" came on. Yes I had to sign lots of "as-is" papers. So I have not gotten to drive it much. But Mike did a great job of doing the test drive and paper work.

This dealer was amazing to work with on my car purchase. This dealer was amazing to work with on my car purchase. Mike was excellent and super knowledgeable and super friendly. Robert was a pleasure to deal with as well. This is a first class dealer and I would purchase again from them.

The locations on car.

The locations on car.com are too far. I could not get there and the dealers did not have options to help me out of their locations. Well better luck next time.

Platinum Auto is the BEST!

Platinum Auto is the BEST!! they found our Tesla for three thousand less than the other dealers we dealt with. A+ job guys will tell friends :)

I am surprised and very pleased with the service I got at

I am surprised and very pleased with the service I got at Platinum. The salesman was no-pressure. He had worked at the Mercedes dealership in Portland and managed an Audi dealership before taking a part-time position at his friend's business - Platinum. The most surprising thing was that I paid more than the on-lline advertised price for a van, and a few days later they called to tell me that, and sent a refund check of $1,080. I may be in the market for a travel van at some point, and this is where I will go first.
