Based on the most recent appointment i had to say NO to
Based on the most recent appointment i had to say NO to recommending the service department. Background: I made appointment 2 full weeks before the appointment date to get the first slot in the service department. In it was recall warranty issue and should have been a simple remove and replace of the faulty part. The truck never got worked on for a week. After a number of attempts at contacting the service department two young ladies ( Hilda and Stacy) finally helped me get a status on my truck. After a full week the truck was finally repaired. BZ to both Hilda and Stacy for helping me. IMHO communication is key to satisfied customers . I have been a long time loyal customer of Shelor Motor Mile and their service department...but this incident was not handled as well as it could have been.

Dustin was very kind and helpful by guiding me through what was happening with my vehicle, and then after the service was done did a good job going over it all with me. I went in for my 15,000 mile check up provided by ToyotaCare, and Dustin explained to me what the next steps were for the 20,000 mile check up.
