I'm for the tacoma corrosion recall. Superb service...

I'm for the tacoma corrosion recall. Superb service agent Brad. Easy Peasy all the way. Outstanding service. And, super easy process for the loaner vehicle (a 2021 same model tacoma) during the 2 day service.

Professional, clear in pricing, listen to customer...

Professional, clear in pricing, listen to customer repairs fully and asks clarifying questions. So far repairs appear done correctly. Pricing seems high due to what appears to be excessive number of service managers and assistants wondering around while letting a customer patiently wait for someone to talk to him about his vehicle status. No sense of urgency. I recommend their service if you're willing to pay the high prices.

I really don’t know where to start. Today I got my 4th...

I really don’t know where to start. Today I got my 4th vehicle from Shelor. The first 3 times the service was GREAT!! The service this time around, all I can say is WOW and I most DEFINITELY mean WOW is the BEST way possible. I received a call last Friday (12/18/2020) from Josh, the sales manager. He asked if I would be interested in trading my current vehicle in. Josh said they had some specials going on. I told him that I have no problem listening to what’s going on. He said that he’d have one of his sales people give me a call. The sales person, McKinley, calls me and goes into great detail about the current specials & deals going on at the moment. I told him that I was extremely upside down in my current loan and that it would be virtually impossible to get me in another vehicle, without me having to put down probably 4 grand. He said he’d see what he could work out and would give me a call in a few days. Well, McKinley calls me that following Tuesday and said they could work something out. I’ll be honest, I did NOT believe him. I told him I would be in to see him the next morning after I got off work. Man, when I tell you that I was totally blindsided by what happened when I got to the dealership that next morning. Not only did McKinley go above AND beyond in putting me in a vehicle that I actually wanted, but he did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do and then some. I went there thinking I’d have to put some money down. My down payment on a brand new vehicle was ZERO and I also walked out of there with a check for $500 from Shelor. I’m going to end this here, but I have to say that I’ve come to expect good service at Shelor, but today was AMAZING!!!

No issues , easy to work with. Easy to schedule the service. No issues with social distancing. The service area and inside area was clean. The bathroom area was clean as well. Everyone was super friendly.

Purchased a Highlander Limited from Shelor Toyota. Straight forward, professional sales experience with John Nixon. John was extremely knowledgeable and engaged. Offered a competitive deal from the outset - no back and forth to the sales manager for approval. I would recommend Shelor and John Nixon to anyone looking for a new Toyota.
