    I wanted to trade in my 2008 trailblazer for a 2008 grand prix. My bank would not allow me to add my negative equity to another used vehicle. I was then informed that I could get a brand new car without going through much hassle from my bank. I was iffy about buying a new car, but when I got into the 2015 scion xb, I knew I had to have it. My dealer was awesome (Derek from toyota/scion), he worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. This was the best birthday present I've ever gotten (for myself).

    An absolutely wonderful car dealership! James is an excellent and friendly dealer who went above and beyond to help me select the car that is perfect for me and help me along in the process. Highly recommend anyone in the central Indiana area to come to this dealership and deal with James when looking to buy or lease a new car!

    We have just purchased our 5th SUV/truck from Bob Rohrman Toyota. The customer service is amazing. I knew what I wanted and they went above and beyond to get me the perfect one for me. I didn't have to make any sacrifices. Avery Burrows, Brad Belaire and David Ford made the process so easy. From start to finish. I wouldn't buy a car from any other dealership and I would recommend Bob Rohrman to everyone!!!!

    Had a great experience working with Larry Rainford at Bob Rohrman Toyota in Lafayette - picked up my new RAV4 today. The entire process was made so easy and painless! We have gotten several vehicles at Rohrman Toyota over the years and we continue to go back there because of the great customer service from everyone there! We highly recommend Bob Rohrman Toyota in Lafayette and Larry Rainford- he's the best!

    I am one of those people who really dislike buying new cars, from the time it takes, and the negotiations, et al. I have never done this on-line before (purchase new cars about every 10 years), but was very pleasantly surprised at the response to my inquiries and the negotiations. I didn't get passed from person to person when talking price, I only dealt with my salesman. Between, the web, texts and phone calls it was a very efficient process. I live in another State and was able to do this remotely and just had to drive to the dealership to sign the papers and drive away. Even though it was late in the evening they took the time to go over the functionality of the vehicle. Thank You to everyone at Rohman Toyota.

    It helps to make an appointment to meet with Chuck since he is busy. We purchased the 2016 Camry and the service and "deal" received did meet our expectations. Chuck was fun to work with and this is my second car to purchase through him and will continue to use him as my salesperson with Toyota products.

    I bought a Toyota Sienna at this dealership and paid cash for it. They have my husband and I signed a stack of paperwork about 10 signature pages and then they kept calling us come back and insisted that we have to sign some kind of credit check paperwork! WE HAVE PAID CASH FOR THE CAR SO WHY THEY NEED CREDIT CHECK PAPERWORK?!! We have bought many cars (Tundra, 2 Sienna, Rav4, Sequoia) from Bob Rohrman but not anymore.

    You asked me to come in to sign for credit check AFTER YOU HAVE CASHED MY CHECK!! And beside the sell price you have added $229 for paperwork fee, which is your obligation to provide. Plus without asking you also added some nonsense security fee of $398 into the final price, which I asked you to removed it. I know Bob for a long time and this is not how he does business! Money is not worth to cheated your customer. I rather drive extra miles to a more honest and trustworthy dealership. Sorry Bob, nobody is ever rich enough. Greed is an ugly monster.

    Came in on a Friday night, met James Hardman. (Wonderful gentleman by the way, he even stayed way past his shift to make sure I was taken care of, kudos to him and give him a raise.) Looked all cars on my list. He found one that was not on my list, good knowledge of products. Met with the financial advisor, wonderful guy, I regret I cannot remember his name, but he was expecting a baby girl soon; and he stayed past his shift to assist with any financial connections and so forth. Bought a used-new 2004 4Runner that day, signed the paperwork, I knew it was as is, and bought the 36K warranty, still don't regret that decision. Had to wait till next week after the dealership would look it over, and prep, to take it home, they would also fix the glove box (which they did). James called me to inform me of some check engine lights going off, which I was grateful for, kept the vehicle longer to fix what had to be fixed. Got my vehicle from dealership a few days later; that same day alarms was going off again. Called James to see if I can get the vehicle in for a check up and to claim my 36K warranty on it. Got it arranged to take it in, Met Hannah from repair, and she typed all my information and request (especially to check my tires) down on computer (smart, sweet lady, with a beautiful smile), this was all after I was reminded that I accepted "as is" policy, I reminded them I had the 36K warranty. Rich (who was respectful on the phone and courtious) was the next contact after a day, he explained to me that I had a broken water pump and timing belt, I asked about my tires, he exclaimed "no one told me about the tires". I think there was a communication problem there. The total cost was $981, with out the warranty, but I INFORMED Rich that I had the warranty, then it came down to only $198, my advice always get the warranty. Picked it up after they "fixed it", on the way home again the warning lights went off, took it to my local mechanic on Saturday, which I had to pay full price, my mechanic fixed the WATER PUMP and TIMING BELT and checked my TIRES, which needed to be filled. So to sum it all up, Salesmanship I give 5 starts; Customer Service 5 Stars; Financial Service I give 4 stars; Mechanical skills I give 1 star and Communication between departments, I give 1 star. Which I give an average of 3 stars. I still recommend this dealership to others, but I would make sure to get the warranty and check the vehicle over more than once, and have your local mechanic check it over before you buy, I live an hour away, so there was no way I could do this. Still love the vehicle and am enjoying it! It is what you get with a Used - New vehicle.
