As a first time car buyer I’d like to say that my experience getting a car from Toyota of Dallas was amazing! I researched a few other car dealerships
before deciding to go to this one. I read nothing but good reviews from other customers. Everyone kept mentioning how great Tom Said was. So who did I ask for when I got there? Tom Said! My boyfriend and I both got an amazing deal on our cars, thanks to Tom. He was so patient with us and made sure we fully understood everything along the way. He treats his customers like they’re his friends or family members. You don’t see many car salesmen like him. We got our cars on November 7th (last week) and love them so much! Tom and a few other people who work at Toyota of Dallas have reached out to us both to make sure we are enjoying our new cars and have extended a helping hand to us should we need anything. I’d highly recommend this dealership and salesman for your next car. We will be back when it’s time for new cars in a few years. Thank you again, Tom. You’re awesome!!!!! And if you’re wondering, I have a 2017 Toyota Corolla and my boyfriend has a 2014 Dodge Challenger. Tom got us good payments for very little money down. The whole process was smooth and quick. I’d also like to thank Richard Brooks (the Finance Manager at Toyota of Dallas) for being so friendly, helpful and getting us taken care of. He explained everything so we fully understood our payments and what all was included with our cars as far as warranties and maintenance packages are concerned. This dealership is full of awesome people who seem like they want to help you rather that get over on you. I’m very happy that I chose this one! :)

I???m a thoroughly satisfied customer. Traded my bimmer in for a camry as I wanted a nice, reliable, low maintenance, nice executive car. Camry was my
choice they had just the right certified vehicle at the right price. Didn???t waste too much time as they knew exactly the vehicle I wanted after asking me my requirements (I did my research too with prices) and brought it out and offered an excellent deal both on the trade in and the certified vehicle. I went to get the oil changed ...once I pulled up in the service lane a service employee came up to me and started interrogating me ... Do you have an
appointment I said no ...i always come here to get the service done and I called 1800 number but it's busy so he said show me the number as if I am lying ....then he said it will take 3 hrs for oil change as I don't have appointment...i said I don't believe you as it's taken only 1 hr at the most ...he got more aggressive and said come with me let me show you how oil change is done in the garage...i was like no I want to talk to your manager and take an appointment he said I am the only one ....and said no i went in and the reception girl took me to one of the manger ...rebecca Smith...she was very nice and called the guy in ....and he said in front of her I was lying and he had a witness ....i was like this is crazy ...but miss rebecca was really angry with him and told him that 4 other people had the same issue with him ....in the end she made sure that I got the oil changed.....but I am trying to find another location to go to as I felt like being degraded just to get my car serviced and the guy trying to take me to the garage where oil changed is done ..... he won't give me his name aswell....and saying I was lying
