  • Helped me to get home from vacation

    I stopped in Fort Mill to get gas. Smelled antifreeze. Took my Jeep to Stateliness nearby. Service asst. Austin was a big help in getting my water ...pump replaced in 3 hours and getting me back on the road after our vacation.

  • Used car purchase

    possibly buy a 2001 crew cab truck, very nice truck my bank only valued the truck half of what they were asking! Sales manager ask me if I’d pay cash ...for truck , I¿ said no and he pretty much brushed me off after that. No deals to be made there way over priced! Stay away they will waste your time

  • LOST KEYS

    I had contacted Stateline about a car on their website that they said they could transfer for me to look at. I set up an appointment via email for th...is morning. We get there, drive around the lot and find the car we wanted to look at sitting way down back. It was unlocked so we looked while we were there and then looked at a couple more in the back. We then went in to see Jessica (who had set up the appointment with me) Was told she was not there and someone would help us with the car. 20 minutes of waiting because 'they couldn't find the keys in the lock boxes'. Then the salesman asked my husband to show him which car we were looking at. They came back and some other guy then stated that the inventory guy had the key out of state and could they show us a different car? We looked at some and test drove another one. While looking at the storage area of the car, I asked when they would be getting the key to the original car I wanted to look at. Silence. We went in and he wants to run numbers and such without me getting to test drive my original request. I ask again when they would be getting the keys and was told the next day. We get home and I look up the car we had test drove for the mileage and the price is listed at $5000 less than what he was going to charge me for it. We came to the conclusion that they were never interested in selling the original car I asked about. I have to note that the salesperson was very enthusiastic and energetic to the point of irritating

  • Worst service reps

    I went in to have my 2015 jeep serviced was inform I needed to replace some parts, spoke to a lady in the service department that had the worst custom...er service and the ugliest attitude. When I asked for a break down she ignored me and gave me a total, when asked for other options she rolled her eyes and said she couldn't even help me if I wasn't going to buy the parts from them. I told her I would have to talk to my husband first and she just got up and left me talking! Her name was Kassie she needs to be trained on how to be a better customer service rep or be moved to the back where she doesn't deal with customers
