I stopped in Fort Mill to get gas. Smelled antifreeze. Took my Jeep to Stateliness nearby. Service asst. Austin was a big help in getting my water pump replaced in 3 hours and getting me back on the road after our vacation.

Went to Stateline because I had seen a used Nissan advertised. Met with a salesman and went for a ride. I told him Directly to give me the "Out the Door" price. He did not. After making me sit and wait a long time he came back. [Then left again and came back with a "Manager."] The price he then quoted had over $1000 in added fees. That's over four times the national average for "Doc" and other added fees. [Those fees did NOT include the tax.] Imagine going into a store to buy $20 of groceries, and having the clerk at the register charge you $30 because he added $10 in "Register fees." I would not recommend this dealer.

Agreed on payment amount for 60 months. Waited five hours for paperwork, and only after getting home realized they had switched 75 months for 60 months. Also shopped my credit around to I don't know how many banks. I keep getting letters from banks saying they could not approve the loan due to the loan exceeding the vehicle's value. I guess that's what they were doing while I spent five hours waiting. NEVER AGAIN>

Test drove a Jeep and planned to buy it until the price/payments were being switched around. Pulled up the SAME vehicle online. No 499 MOPAR FEE if bought online. After my vehicle appraised at only 500 and them adding on a mopar fee and another fee I had enough. I asked them to be up front and honest with me. They came back with another offer and I was so frustrated I finally asked for my vehicle keys. Bottom line was the price of the vehicle was still higher than ordering it online (same vin#) and I showed them the internet price. I asked the sales rep for my keys twice then the sales manager (I assume) walks over with more sales talk. At that point I told him I'm done and I had to demand my keys in order to leave.

Went to state line dodge after I experienced a bait and switch at another dodge dealer, really long story short after hours of negotiations and two test drives, the salesman I had been dealing with gets the guy who I thought had the final say, we finally agreed on a price shook hands with the salesman and who I thought was a manager and started the paperwork, this is where the process gets real crooked after about 5 or 10 minutes of taking my information the manager comes over and says they can't do it for this price wth!!!

I visited a number of dealerships in the quest to find the perfect jeep. During my visits most dealerships provided that same "car dealer" experience that I expected. Then I found the jeep I was looking for at Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My goal was to purchase this vehicle and have the dealership also perform some modifications to the jeep. For the most part my experience was pretty ordinary until Jeff Taylor got involved. His expertise and attention to detail transformed this experience from ordinary to incredible. He definitely went above and beyond in every aspect of this process and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a jeep. If you want to have any modifications done....you have to see Jeff at Stateline!!

Very bad and shady finance dept. The absolute worst dealership I've every delt with. Let me start out by saying that the guy's at stateline collision, behind the dealership, were great. They were very nice and handled our totaled vehicle quickly and professionally. But unfortunately this is where the praise stops. My family and I went into dealership where we were greeted by a friendly but not very knowledgeable sales team. After we found the vehicle we were looking for in our price range and were turned over to the finance dept, that's where the issues and disappointment began. We had already discussed numbers and were on-board when after 20 mins of waiting they came back and said "sorry that jeep (the one we test drove) has already been sold, but we have another one about the same for you." But this one was about $1000 more and not the color or features we wanted. We realized the games were just starting. Then more waiting. After another half hour of waiting for the head of finance dept to speak with us about the other jeep (which of we saw him walking around the refreshments area while he was supposedly working on getting us rates), he finally came over to us and rudely informed us of the monthly options, which were not in the range we requested, terms or rate we wanted. When asked, he declined to inform us of the interest rates and would only show us the monthly payment opts. Apparently, he must not have thought I spoke finance or could not calculate the rate because the rates (he would not inform us of) were around 45% to 75%, unless we put more money down. Which was higher than any other dealership we went to and was surprised this was the only rate he could provide, especially when they had 40 different banks to finance through. If he wouldn't have been rude and condescending, I would have put the money down but instead we found a fantastic dealership with a sales and finance team who were able to get us a very low rate, monthly payment in our budget and the car we wanted. It's just sad Stateline were not willing to help or listen to us like other dealerships because they lost a great deal. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to pay a fortune for a vehicle.

I had a great experience buying my car in February 2015. I bought a 2015 Compass. About a month ago, I got repeated calls regarding a recall on my car. I'd say 8 calls total. I finally took the callin because I was hearing some noises that I thought were my breaks so I figured now would be a good time. I made an appointment for 10:45 on a Friday. Had someone drop me off after they asked me if I wanted to just wait. My service guys name was Mike. About 3 hours later, I called to get an update. I was told nothing was wrong with the recall and he wasn't sure what was wrong with my breaks and didn't know how long it would take him but he would call me back and let me know. 30 minutes before they closed, I called back for my second update. I had no car and no way to get around and did not know they needed my car this long. He said a part had to be ordered and I should get a call around 12-1pm the next day. The next day, 10 minutes before they closed, I called. A woman named Tanya answered the phone- rudely told me that Mike and his team didn't work today and they are short staffed on Saturday. With no regards to what I was trying to explain to her- said she had no idea what the update was. She finally put me on hold to go check, came back, and was extremely nasty to me. Told me it was done and could be picked up but they close in 10 minutes. Said my keys would be left with sales to be picked up the next day (Sunday). Here it is Sunday, I go to get my car, and come to find out my keys were locked inside of the car- because apparently that is what had been decided on?- and I am now running around In circles to get my car back. I have never in my life experienced this kind of treatment from a dealership or service department. I will be having minimal to no interaction with them. I'd rather pay extra for profession and respectful service than to pay for what I experienced with these people.

I went to Stateline a few weeks ago to look at the Promaster City Vans. Mr. Paul Swinson put me in one to test drive. It drove fine but it was not the model I was looking for. Stateline did not have what I wanted but besides that, I was still in discovery and shopping modes. Nissan was not completely off the table yet. Paul was very helpful and patient with me. He answered every question I had. I would recommend this dealership. Thank you Paul, Kerry P.
