They are not real mechanics there they oy care about
They are not real mechanics there they oy care about engine codes which is lazy amd pathetic. Even though I told the service department to look at Cataylitic converter by Manifold. Their other service department in Hartford, CT. found the Cataylitic converter problem in one hour.
They are not real mechanics there. They only care about trouble codes. Couldn't find the issue even though I told them to look at Cataylitic converter by front Manifold. Took vehicle to their other service department in Hartford, CT they found issue in one hour. Don't ever go to Enfield Hyundai period for anything.
Michael Lockard was very helpful when I needed repairs on my Tucson. He explained everything and saw that I got a loaner while my car was being repaired. When I picked up my car he showed me what was done in pictures never had anyone do that before. If you need service see Michael Lockard.

I bought a car found them . It had a couple of broken buttons in it. I was told they had to order parts , 2 years later still not fixed every time I bring it in for service they say the need to order parts. I brought the car in for service, and recall they didn’t fix recall. When I called the service depart for 4 days some one finally answered and said they need to order the part. Then I got a letter stating my warranty was in jeopardy because I didn’t get service done and that I had declined services. Called them again. No answer. I’m going to different dealer from now on.

Nick Archer the general manager was great. Very attentive.Carlos the finance manager was very friendly. We did have issues with our paperwork. But that was because the system was down . Not his fault. Our salesperson did some things ok Others not. Went it was time to go through the vehicle, he rushed through it. He paired my phone to the Car but said he did not know how to do my wife's. He did not even try. He set up things before we got into the vehicle and said he set it up the way he liked it. Did not ask how we wanted it.He did not go over Blue Link With us . Just handed us a stack of papers about it. Maybe that's the way it's done at the dealership. But if not This salesperson needs training.

My wife and I found the car we were looking for without the unnecessary up-charges some dealerships are adding. The sales and finance team were great. Anthony Zalowski really knew the vehicles and showed us all of the options and how to navigate all of the high tech functions of the new Ioniq plugin. They showed us buying option that could work for what we work looking to do, some I’ve never considered. We got the most competitive price and are happy with the vehicle. They were able to take care of all of Connecticut’s discounts a rebates for EVs as well. Thanks to the great team Anthony Zalowski, Joron Stimage and Michael Lockard!

Michael Lockard was my service writer and i was in a panic when my brand new Tuscon’s engine light came on. I was very upset because I had a family emergency at the same time. Michael took my car in, got me a loaner and kept me updated on the process. He is an asset to Lia Hyundai. We had a rough start, but in the end, it all worked out. Kudos!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Nicole in service was one of the most unprofessional, arrogant, person I have ever encountered. Her threatening tone, and lack of sympathy showed me how much this place really “cares” for their customer. They sold me a bran new car, and a month later the engine blew. I brought my car in, NO ONE contacted us regarding the car, even with MULTIPLE messages left. mike the service manager, REFUSED, to allow us to speak to a higher up. Nicole and Mike deserve to be at a job that does not deal with people. They said they were going to fill my tank and clean my car, and the car was an absolute mess and the tank was on E. Nicole REFUSED to speak to us regarding our cars process. I hope head of Hyundai reads this and not only release these two people of their duties, but never allow them to do sales or customer service work again. I will never in my life recommend this location to ANYONE. They should be ashamed to have hired such incompetent employees.
Mr. Kotler, I am very confused and disheartened by this review. I spoke to you last Saturday for 45 minutes from my home, and again on Monday, at no time has anyone refused to speak to you, by your admission, you never asked to speak to the manager. Per our conversation on Saturday, we agreed to fill your gas tank even though that is not protocol. We have tried to the best of our abilities to accommodate you during this very frustrating time of dealing with manufacturing delays.
