I bought a 2012 Sonata back in February of 2015. I desperately needed a new car because mine was no longer working. I went to Lia Hyundai and test drove... two cars. I believed that the Pacific Blue Sonata was the one for me. Our car salesman, Rick, went through all of the logistics and buying process with me and my parents. However, in May of 2015, I discovered that I was paying for a car that I wasn't totally in love with...therefore, I went back to Lia Hyundai and told Rick that I wanted to trade in my Sonata for a different one. I might sound crazy - but today, I traded my first Sonata in for a 2012, white Turbocharged Sonata. Rick was an excellent salesman to work with. He made sure I got the car I truly wanted and dealt with my stubbornness VERY well. I'd recommend Lia Hyundai and Rick to ANYONE looking to get into a newer, better car. I had an amazing experience between picking out cars, the buying process, the loan application, etc! They were GREAT!

Brought my vehicle in for 12,000 mile service. Had to change the service date to an earlier date which Amanda did very well. Michael Lockard serviced... my vehicle quickly and did all the multi-point inspections as requested. Jill, the cashier, was very friendly at checkout.

I recently took my 2017 Elantra to the service center at Lia Honda in Enfield to repair a broken vent switch on the dashboard. Ethan Brown was extremely... helpful in following this project from beginning to end. First the warranty had to be checked, then the part had to be ordered. After making sure this was done properly Ethan explained that I would be contacted as soon as the part came in. He made sure that this was done in the time frame he told me which was 2 weeks. I scheduled the repair appointment on the following week. When I returned for the repair I was pleasantly surprized that the whole installation was completed within a half hour. I have seen many repair Consultants pass-through Lia Hyundai of Enfield in the past 20 years, but Ethan brown stands alone as the only one who followed things through in a timely fashion all the way to the end. I could tell that he truly cared about my time constraints and that I understood how the process would work. Any customer needing repairs at Lia Hyundai will greatly benefit by Ethan Brown's commitment to Excellence.

I found a great deal on a Hyundai Elantra at Lia Hyundai through Car Guru. I called them and discussed some issues I had had with my own 2011 Elentra,... and unlike the dealership in my hometown, they acknowledged the issue and told me what had been done to remedy it. Other deals came in through Car Guru that seemed even better, but when I checked the ratings of the other dealers they were full of bait and switch stories. Lia Hyundai of Enfield had terrific reviews so I decided to go with them. I took a train to Albany from Rochester and a friend picked me up and brought me to the Enfield. It suddenly occurred to me that I didn't ask if it had cruise control, which I need. It turns out, it did not. Here I was with no way to get back to Rochester and I could have easily been up-sold. But Dave Greenlaw figured out a way to make it work. They arranged to install the cruise control at cost and gave me another car to drive home that day. 5 days later they sent a runner to my home in Rochester, New York to switch the cars. I am so grateful I worked with this dealership. Dave Greenlaw was excellent. I love the Elantra but I had some reservations and he took me seriously, did the research and answered all my questions.
