I bought a Santa Cruz from them 10 days ago and still

I bought a Santa Cruz from them 10 days ago and still haven’t been able to register it. Instead of properly handling the registration, they just swapped my old plates onto the new vehicle. I went back today to get answers, only to be told (after waiting 25 minutes) to come inside by a very rude staff member who then told me to leave when I questioned the process. I even had to call the police to confirm whether it was legal to drive with my old plates. On top of that, they charged me $700 in document fees, and now I’m stuck covering registration and inspection costs out of my own pocket. This is absolutely shameful customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here.

Wow… shame on you, Brian Singer. You’re trying to act polite here, but the reality is very different. You were the one who disrespected me, pointed your finger at me, and told me to leave the place. Because of your behavior, I had to call the police just to make sure I wasn’t breaking the law driving with swapped plates. Now you come here pretending to care and show responsibility? That’s not the truth. If you really cared about customer service, you would have handled this issue professionally when I was right there in front of you—not after the fact in a public response. Shameful.

Lisa Caputo was friendly, and knows car leases she helped me get my new car and she is excellent to work with her caring show through. Carlos was great with my loan. So happy I bought a Hyundai from Lia they have the best deals.
