If i could give 0 stars i would I’ve owned my car less then 3 months within 2 weeks i noticed a weird noise made several calls and left several messages... all which were not returned i finally drive down to the dealership they had someone look at my car found out the right front wheel bearing was bad had to wait 4 days for parts after getting car back i had to bring it back because the noise was still there a month later ( 11/11/18) i was driving down the road and the Cv joint breaks same wheel as I’ve been having problems with while I’m driving i call service department and I’m told it’s not covered as the 30 day warranty is expired and i should call ford to see if they will cover it
Had looked for this particular Infiniti vehicle for many months. Found one at this dealership thru Autotrader.com. As I was on an extended trip out-of-state,... I called and talked to a saleswoman who helped answer some questions. I asked about the general exterior and interior condition of the car, to which she texted me pictures of the vehicle. I had my brother drive to the dealer two days later to look at and test drive the car. The saleswoman was there when my brother visited the dealership, and at that time even said she would find out when the warranty was going to expire, as the car was not certified. That was the last contact I had with the saleswoman. A day after my brother’s visit, I tried to contact the saleswoman, but several calls to reach her at the dealership (I did not call her on her cell phone as a courtesy to her) was answered with “She’s with a customer but we’ll leave a message for her to call you back.” No calls were returned. After trying to reach her through the dealership, I texted her cell phone with requests to call me back about the car. No answer except a terse reply, “Sorry I was with a customer.” Nothing after that. I even called the dealership and left a message for her supervisor to call me back, as it was urgent. Still no call back. I know I’m not there in person, but really, what does it take to call back to just keep me updated about the questions I’ve asked and/or the status of what I thought was an ongoing negotiation. Makes one think that what they want is someone to walk off the street and buy the car and not have to bother with someone who is asking questions before committing to buy a car sight unseen.
Sent an e-mail about a truck that displayed without a photo. I was sent a photo of the truck with other information. I did not but the truck as it was... not what I wanted, however I was pleased with the response of this dealer with my requests.
The staff was great but the car had several issues I discovered after signing all the paperwork. I know you buy a used car in 'as is' condition, but I... have purchased many used cars and never had this happen. I guess I took it on good faith that a dealership would fix broken things and fix egregious cosmetic issues before selling it. I never felt the need to inspect every single thing in a car before, but I guess that's on me. Again, I just had the expectation that a dealership wouldnt sell a used car in that condition for top price.
Zamir, Storai, and Bill were great. They were so professional and helpful. They were concerned about my "needs and wants". No pressure just a willingness... to get me in the right car
I gave this dealership a 5 star review. The salesperson I worked with (Kyle) was both professional and friendly. He provided a great customer service experience.... I had a lot of questions and he was really helpful and patient. I ended up buying a new car from him,

Told tores were new which they weren???t Problems with engine and transmission Managment told us it would be taken care of wife wated 2 hours this morning... for alex and no alex sorry we bougjt that car my be a lemon
