Caleb did a good job of helping us when we were buying a used car here. I was impressed at the walk around the vehicle where he pointed out any dings or scratches he noticed to make sure I was informed.

Rahul did a great job and couldn't be any nicer. He found us the right vehicle after the Ford edge we came in for sold.

We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. I worked with a gentleman named Quinn who was So patient, kind and informative. He brought us like 7 vehicles test drive and never seemed annoyed or trying to hurry us up. Unfortunately when I reached out to Quinn to buy a few months later I was informed that he was no longer here. The gentleman that texted me back was helpful as well and in high demand. We quickly text drove the vehicle and then started the paperwork for my new used car.

Zack Myers is more of guide than a salesperson, although he did close the sale with us. From our first phone conversations to our in person meeting on the day, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. Zack was a calm confidence builder in the business we were dealing with and the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We drove two hours to purchase this vehicle from Zack and we had never purchased a used car before, but his calm demeanor in fact based responses or a real confidence builder for us. We would highly recommend Kyle and the dealership. Thanks for an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

I found a vehicle on cars.com that interested me, so reached out to check availability. It was still available so scheduled an appointment to look at and drive on a Saturday three days away. I told them I had a 1 hour drive and was set up on a text chain so they could let me know if the car was sold and not to waste a trip if gone. I received daily notices reminding me of the appointment. Saturday came, I borrowed a company vehicle to run and go look at, filled up, and headed out 1 hour & 15 mins before scheduled appointment. I literally was 10 minutes from their facility and received a text. “We’re sorry but the sales associate was unaware that there were parts on order and the car would not be able for a test drive.” I sent back I was 10 minutes away…..how does this happen? They texted back “they understood my frustration and apologized”. I told them they had no idea regarding my frustration and asked them to lose my contact info. I never set foot on their property yet here I am writing a review. Fool me once, shame on you!

Staff is friendly and quick to get you in a new car. Eduardo got answers quick and very easy to work with!
