Not a good fit. This is what I was told. When finalizing paperwork, I noticed the rebate for using Toyota financing wasn't included; in the big picture, the rebate was small but was promised nonetheless. I was told there was no rebate, which is fine, but the person assisting with paperwork was already turned off by my responses to the additional warranties/additions/upcharges was argumentative. I was told she has "never in her life..." and that my purchase from their business was "not a good fit". She acted as though she could cancel my financing and wouldn't continue the paperwork process until I in some way agreed that I wouldn't be an unhappy customer. The situation was odd, heated, and terribly uncomfortable. Never again.

Shady and lack integrity. Highly suggest not to purchase a vehicle from here. They undermine the value of your vehicle significantly. They lie about the purchase price and advertisement of their vehicle. Their information is misleading and suspicious. The manager didn't even have the back bone despite counter offers to admit he was wrong. They are sly and will try to make money off of you not help you with the 2nd biggest purchase of your life.

Best experience I have ever had buying a new car! Definitely knew how to get everything done quick and easy. From the test drive to the paperwork went very smooth and quickly!!

Shameful service

I brought my car in for exhaust work. They didn't realize they didn't have all of the consumable parts in until the system was ripped apart. 3 hour job becomes a 3 day job. When it's finally done, the exhaust is hung horribly, and they also managed to destroy my shift cable in the process. Great. They get that replaced (week 2 now), and the car is throwing a CEL for the AFM valve (they didn't know what that was, even though it's a common system on their vehicles. I had to teach them their own system), as well as making a horrible rattle. At this point, I ask that they put my old exhaust back in. I am being polite up to this point, but I'm going through the list of mistakes made. The service manager, Paul, proceeds to get snarky with me and deflect blame for all of their mistakes, then says they will get it fixed "eventually". Going on week 3 now, and no guarantee they will even get that fixed. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen at a dealership, and I wouldn't trust their service department with my lawn mower at this point. I didn't take my car to them because I don't know how to work on cars (I'm a mechanical engineer), I took it to them because I don't have the tools to do it myself, and it should have been a simple, basic job. Will never deal with this company again. If you value your vehicle, you should probably do the same.

Although I did not get a car I wanted to personally shout out Mike Flowers and Ryan Stelf. They not only were professional and very helpful they took the time to listen and comprehend my own personal need, I made an error and applied to the wrong toyota and that blocked me from getting a car when I intended to but I will def be back and referr anybody to these two guys! Get a car from someone who cars like those two do, They are consistent and considerate. we lack that so much now a days, they are rare! thanks Mike and Ryan : )

Very Unprofessional sales when they advertise a vehicle that is not available for customer to see after visit to dealership. We were told vehicle was not for sale after being listed on website and if we wanted to look around out back maybe it was there or at another location

Although we ended up not buying a car, the dealership was helpful. They went out of their way to see that we were taken care of.
