Loaner car was very dirty on the outside and had garbage inside, with old Starbucks cups & Napkins which should have been cleaned out before using again.
I was treated like a dumb woman by the service advisor.
I was treated like a dumb woman by the service advisor. They dented my car while it was in for service and then outright denied it. The service advisor said the giant football size dent in my bumper had been there for years! Then fabricated some fake paperwork trying to back up his faulty claim. Super unprofessional and I hope that chris gets some serious training after this. I wasn’t wrong in this case and thanks to Robert for looking into it further and ultimately taking care of the repair. But even if there is a discrepancy with a customer a good manager should approach it level headed.

I scheduled a oil change, when I arrived they wanted to do 1000.00 in maintenance. I declined some of the services and accepted the oil change and cabin filter replacement. My car was at the dealership for 5 days. I picked up my car got home and on the paperwork it said no oil change and no brake fluid was completed because customer refused. Then it listed the services I had refused in beginning as completed. I called the sales person they apologized and set another oil change appt for 2 days later. I waited there at dealership for oil change but I am not to sure it was completed. I am reluctant to return for any services not to mention I could not afford more than 500.00 and ended up paying way more for there error.

For the most part they are fine.
For the most part they are fine. Would be nice if they would give the car a wash before returning it. I was told that the front brake pads would need to be replaced, but it wasn’t critical. Even though the warning lite was on. Two weeks later the car told me to contact the dealership as my break pads needed replacement immediately. It’s almost a hours drive for me to you. Would have been nice to have taken care of the pads the first time I was there. It would have saved me a lot of driving.
