I’m usually not the review type of person but L & S

I’m usually not the review type of person but L & S Toyota in Beckley Wv they profile people my husband and I went there after we got into an accident hoping to get car we have cash down and our credit isn’t bad we had cash down and seriously looked at me with a straight face and wanted 12,000 grand more down for a total of 16,000 down. We went somewhere else and got a brand new car 2025 with only 4000 down I will never set foot on that car dealership again and my husband is going to put 15,000 down on his next truck and I will NOT BE GOING TO L&S

Ruined a set of $1500 wheels because they failed to use

Ruined a set of $1500 wheels because they failed to use the lug socket I provided. Have gave them many chances and they always fail. Will travel to Princeton before I would ever deal with them again

Warning!!!!

Terrible service department! Run to another dealership. I have a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE AWD that I purchased there. Just went for it’s 20k service. All four wheels are peeling. The clear coat is bubbling and peeling off. They are black and look terrible. Kevin decided it was rock chipping! Buy and get service elsewhere! Unfriendly as xxxx.

Run do not walk to another dealership!

Run do not walk to another dealership! The service department is terrible. I have a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE AWD and the wheels are peeling. All four of them. Kevin, service manager, said it was rock chips. Oh really? Bubbling + peeling=rock chips. Very disappointed. Buy somewhere that will take care of you!

Terrible bought 3 Toyota last 6 months not L&S.

Go elsewhere. As 37+ year experience Diesel mechanic & Surface Mine Foreman. They tear up more than fixed. I could buy new frame & installed it myself..

Great Experience

Nice friendly staff with clean comfortable waiting area. The wait time was less than I anticipated. Free WiFi as well! 😊 Free coffee or cold drink was offered as well.

Fast and furious!!!

Thought it was going to be a boring morning waiting on my Highlander to get its first service. Waiting wasn't an issue, had me in and out in a flash. You can tell the employees got a system and it seems to be working, friendly professional people with your satisfaction number #1 priority.
