    I have had horrible service here to the point that I would rather drive my car 2 hours away for better service than deal with these incompetent "professionals"... They can't even do an oil change correctly.

    Stopped by this dealer 3 times over 10 years. The salesman did not know what a Golf R was six months after the US release date. The salesman tried rural... tactics with forced sitdowns to convince us to get the car at MSRP from them. After we got the car from another dealer, there were insinuations during service about not buying the car from them, service always took 4-5 hours, I am talking oil change here, sitting bxxx to cheek with people in a dark room with dark walls. Never a loaner.

    Larry Simmons fails to stand behind their products. I had a failure within 500 miles on a new car and they sent me to a manufacture thugh their docs say... they should conatct a local dealer for me.
