Very good experience at this dealership. Ask for Gary P. if you ever visit. Excellent service, they understood and worked with me through pricing a used vehicle and we came to a fair price. Gary went above and beyond making sure everything was done correctly and fairly for the customer.

This is my second purchase and I’ve always received great service. Employees are upfront and straight to the point. They work hard to earn your business and offer the best deal possible. The vehicles are reliable, & I hope to continue doing business with them in the future.

Good all around

Both the sales department and the service department are all great - we recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery and have had all good interactions with the staff at Land Rover West Columbia.

Left the battery cable loose, and me stranded

After a routine service call, I got in my vehicle to find the battery dead. The service department couldn't give the information that disconnecting the battery would re-set the error codes. However we figured it out....with no help from the service dept. For future knowledge, if the battery goes dead, it needs to be reconnected to reset the error codes
