This is my second car from Honda of Bowie in a year. The staff is friendly and attended to every detail. Price was dead on, at least fifteen hundred below the competition and no surprises at closing.

Honda of Bowie is an impressive relatively new...

Honda of Bowie is an impressive relatively new dealership--clean, comfortable, and well appointed with a cheerful and cooperative sales staff that works as a team. Our salesman worked with a desk-mate, which cut down on wasted time. When one was not available, the other was on deck. The certified pre-owned Honda came with a guarantee that was explained in detail to us and the car was in excellent condition--well-maintaned and well-prepared. As a former Honda owner--my first-year model Odyssey finally died after 400,000 miles--I strongly recommend both the brand and the dealership.

First new car I have bought in many years, and I expected...

First new car I have bought in many years, and I expected a painful and extended process of wrangling and being passed from hand to hand. Not so. I reached Honda of Bowie on line, and R.T. responded by phone within hours. He informed me on models available and when I went to the dealership. R.T. took me in hand immediately, showed me what was on the lot, and I took a test drive. He was responsive to my particular interests, suggested a CR-V model which I liked, provided a reasonable price offer which did NOT need to be bounced up to every manager in the building, and arranged a financing process which i suggested and the dealership concurred in, and I drove away in a new vehicle after a remarkably painless and agreeable deal. R.T. was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout, and I look forward to considering him my point of contact for any future questions or needs with Honda of Bowie. All the people I met in the dealership were friendly and completely professional.

Twice in the past month we purchased cars from Honda of...

Twice in the past month we purchased cars from Honda of Bowie because the price and customer service were excellent. Twice we asked for specific vehicles that needed to be found and this was accomplished exactly as promised. There were no arguments or scams. Straight forward deals. Thank you.

Took car in for an estimate on fixing air...

Took car in for an estimate on fixing air conditioner....price was too high so we said to do nothing......they charged us $100 for the estimate. We were not told this in advance or when we said not to do the work....only when we went to pick up the car.

Daniel Kim is perhaps THE BEST person I've ever dealt...

Daniel Kim is perhaps THE BEST person I've ever dealt with in a car dealership ... and I've been buying cars a long time. Extremely professional and honest. He makes the buying process so easy, stress free, and dare I say .. fun. And in follow up issues, he's been extraordinarily helpful. He's a unique individual in a business known for clones. I could go on an on, but let me just advise you -- save yourself time and headaches. If you're looking for a Honda, I suggest you contact Daniel. You will never regret it.

From my first encounter over the phone I was treated with...

From my first encounter over the phone I was treated with nothing but respect. I was unsure of whether or not I really wanted to buy a car. While at the dealership all of my questions were answered and any issues that arose were dealt with promptly. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Before going to the Honda of Bowie, I found the Nissan...

Before going to the Honda of Bowie, I found the Nissan 350z located there online at kelly blue book and cars.com. I called and was transferred to Lionel Wilson who was kind enough to check if the car was there and immediately returned my call. He then set up an appointment time that was convenient for me to come look it over and test drive the car. While i was test driving it he was telling me helpful information about the car to make it easy for me to get used to. It was a great experience driving it and i wanted to take it home that night. There is no doubt that I will be referring friends and family to visit the Honda of Bowie. Lionel Wilson was a great help to getting me in the driver seat and I have never been happier.

I leased a 2009 Honda Odyssey in June of 2009 from David...

I leased a 2009 Honda Odyssey in June of 2009 from David Song. This was one of those low payment lease deals that you see in the paper but when you get to the dealership the vehicle is gone.Not so at Honda of Bowie, not only was the deal available but I was able to choose the color I wanted as well. I've continue maintaining my van here even though it's 20 miles from my home because of the fast service and friendly people. Next year when my lease is up I will again look to Honda of Bowie for my next car.

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civc from Honda of...

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civc from Honda of Bowie. The first time I visited the dealership, I worked with Patrick Kiger and Elliott Bourne. At that time, there were no 2012 Civics to test drive because of the shortage in production of them. I gave Patrick and Elliott a description of what I wanted. One of my requirements was that the car must have manual transmission. Patrick took down my contact information and told me he would call when a car was available. Soon after that visit, Patrick called and invited me to test drive a car that was like the car I wanted, but with an automatic transmission. I came in for a test drive, and worked with Elliott, who answered all my questions about the car. I still had my heart set on a manual transmission, and with Elliott's help, I put money down to secure the exact car I wanted. It took about a month and a half for my car to come in. During that time, Patrick called me regularly with updates about the car and the exact day that it would be at the dealership. On the day of my purchase, I worked with Patrick and Elliott and made a deal that I was happy with. I give my experience with Patrick and Elliott the highest possible rating. They were both extremely attentive, wonderful to work with, and they went out of their way to make sure I had the exact car that I wanted. In particular, Patrick's regular updates were always welcome and greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing and working with them as I continue to enjoy my new Honda! FIVE stars all the way! Thanks Patrick and Elliott!!!
