Called in for an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Came in test drove vehicle and proceeded to start buying process. During the process someone came... in and took the keys from our sales person and said someone else had just walked in wanting to test drive the car. We came in specifically for this vehicle as serious buyers. During the process they came back and said they had sold the car to the walk in customers in the middle of our application process. We were disappointed and not pleased with the unprofessional shady business practices. We were well qualified buyers in the middle of the purchase. Was so surprised this occurred from a deal with this brand of vehicles. Our sales person was nice but the sales manager was not. Our sales person was embarrassed by the whole thing. Would not recommend as a result of this poor experience.
Car was sold out from under us as we were doing the deal!!!! Went today with husband see about a pre owned. We went by yesterday and walked around and... looked at the car but after ten minutes nobody came to help us so we left. I made an appt today. Worked with a new guy, Mark Anthony. He was nice. When we sat down to do business of buy the car, another rep rushed in to grab the keys because another couple were interested. We proceeded with getting our numbers from the sales rep and liking out the credit appt. The sales manager came in to check on the status and our intentions "since there's was another couple". We filled out the credit application and while our rep step out he came back by and said "they've sold the car". This is such a shady way of doing business with people. We were there 1st. We're a serious buyer and ready to buy. This other couple came after us and it's such poor business to not have given us the option first. We were treated to badly it's despicable. Should be first come first serve. At least present the option to give a firm yes or no otherwise this other customer is a full go. We were given nothing. Rug pulled out from us. Even our sales rep was embarrassed by what had happen. You were total jerks.

Great Service, Very Helpful, Very Pleased with Purchase
My wife and I love TUSTIN LEXUS. We've bought 4 new vehicles there in the last 12 years. Dave Rios was our salesman until he retired recently and now... Andy Tran is "The Man". Everyone in the Service Dept have been great to us also.
