    I purchased a used Audi Q5 and there were a few things Flow promised to fix as part of the deal. It took 30 days to actually take possession of the car.... I had a difficult time getting anyone to tell me the status of the repairs. Chad finally contacted me after a couple of weeks to tell the promised paint work was done but he didn't like the way it looked so he sent it back to be repainted. After a few days he told me it was ready. I soon found it was never repainted but never painted the first time. The original scrapes were still there. Six months and less than 3000 miles later I noticed a strong odor of gasoline and took it in for what I thought was a recall repair for a bad flange around the fuel pump. To my surprise they said it was a leaking fuel pump and a leaking water pump with repair cost of over $1700. I told them I would take it somewhere else to be repaired and they dropped the price by $400. I asked that they also fix the crappy paint job they previously did. There were 2 places on the rear spoiler where it was taped off improperly and had overspray and a haze down the driver's side where the buffing was done improperly. Chad said there was nothing he was willing to do. He called me today and was clearly pissed off at me for complaining to someone other than him. I wanted to explain to him that because he had straight up lied to me previously I did not trust him to fix it but he would not let me speak so I just hung up. I also inquired about trading the Audi for another car. Chad offered me $5700 without the repair and $7400 if I paid for the repair, rating the condition as poor. I paid them $13,500 for the car 6 months and 3000 miles ago. I think it's safe to say I got screwed. Before you purchase a used car from Flow I would advise taking it to a legit dealership to have it checked. Or, better yet, just spend your money somewhere else. I completely understand why folks tell me "DON'T GO WITH THE FLOW" whenever I tell my story.

    Edwin at flow made it easy to buy a new car. Not pushy which is number one detail for me. He was enthusiastic and believed in the car he was selling. He... let the car sell itself. This is my first new car from flow but the third in a row from them. Nice and professional. The manager was easy to work with and the whole process took very little time. Thank you.

This is a situation where the particular vehicle you were... interested in had a recall on the airbags and the manufacturer did not have a solution to fix the problem, and that is the reason we could not sell it. We attempted to proactively contact you before you came into the dealership to see the vehicle but we were unsuccessful in reaching you.     When I discovered my car on Cars.com Flow CSR was quick to contact me. We went down the same day to look at the car. My main concern was there were a lot... of scratches all around the body of the car and wear n tear on the arm rest. Flow agreed to have all of that repaired because they have said the car had just came in and had not been through there cosmetic repair service. We had signed a promissory note that all these things would be repaired the following week and we would be updated of the progressed. So we went ahead and sealed the paperwork. The sales man Michael says there shop was one of the best. I contacted Michael on Thursday the week after to get the progress of the vehicle. He then responded back and said that the body work had been done and sent me photos. We made arrangements that afternoon to pick up the car. We drove an hour and a half to get the car. When we got there Michael was quick to apologize because the interior have not been fixed and he stated he attempted to contact me before we headed that way but couldn’t catch me. I have no kids call from him nor a text regarding to not pick up. The. Oft was very disappointing. Apparently all they have done was used a marker to fill in the scratches on the outside which apparently you can tell the color difference and marks that stood out more then the scratches alone plus the marker was left in the car. He said they’ll contact us to have the car pick up this week to get the console fixed. We took the car home that night my husband took it to work the next day and all the check engine lights had came on. We contacted Flow again and he came up with the excuse that the AWD or 4WD system was confused that we can take it to the nearest Flow which is located in Statesville. I’m so done already. This experienced had left me regretting even purchasing a vehicle. 15K in the hole for the next 4 yrs and yet not a day in and already experiencing these issues....SMH

    While visiting Winston-Salem, I discovered I had problems with one of my front wheels. Flow Subaru service department promptly diagnosed the problem and... within 4-5 hours it was repaired and I was on my way. All performed in a courteous manner as if I was a longtime customer.
