Before you buy a car here, pay attention to the paperwork and the financing details. The 1 star reviews here matter. Read them as this is the company... MO. I wish I had. They will do a bunch of things to clutter up the true costs for the car. For example , they add gap insurance without disclosing it on the payment calculation page they print out and show you before you get to the financing people. They say it’s just the way the program is written. They add “accessory charges” for anti theft and anti lock breaks that they may or not take out. They quote higher APR then you qualify for in their calculations so you are used to the payment level before they build in other costs. When they quote the cost of the extended warranty, make sure you get the actual price of the warranty bc they try to bury it in the payment and verbally lie about how much it costs. I’ve bought 20 cars in my life. Larson is the sketchiest. For a car dealership, that is really saying something. I have since talked to others who have bought cars here and they all have similar stories. It’s what they do. It’s part of their business. They are known for it. And Larson, please don’t respond to this saying you are sorry I had a bad experience. Similar reviews like mine are all over this website. Just stop doing this to people. You condone it. Stop it.

This is precisely what has occurred, and is solely... based on my experience with James Buhl within the sales department. I was considering buying / leasing my third vehicle from Audi ... but was really on the fence ... pretty happy with my 2012 Q5 ... but Kevin explained... all the reasons to buy a 2018 ... over the course of a few calls.. back & forth I decided he was absolutely right!!! I test drove more than just the Audi ... but because of Kevin I now own a 2018 Q5 !!!
Shawn, James and Lucas made shopping for a 911 a great experience. Their knowledge of these cars and their ability to find the right car with the right... purchase terms is excellent. We appreciated their patience with all our questions about these fantastic cars. Highly recommend this dealership and these staff members.
We had our brand new Audi towed to this dealership on a trip due to a tire issue. The follow up was horrible and we ended up having to stay an additional... two days while they tried to find a tire which they ultimately did. I would think the dealership would stock some tires that go on the $80,000 cars that they sell! To top it off, they seem to of done something wrong on a service update that we were unaware of that they performed. As for the car wash, my eight-year-old grandson could have done better. Bugs stuck all over and filthy fingerprints all over my dash and front interior.
Purchased a beautiful Audi A5 great car worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Started with extra charges added on that was not agreed to by the finance... man. Yes I signed the paperwork but only agreed to 1 add on not 4. didn't realize it until the next day...Asked them about it and oh we include that on all of our sales. They had our trade in on the lot for sale before they even paid it off which was almost a month after the purchase and I incurred a late charge only took 2 days to cash our 10K check. Asked where's our plates oh D.O.L is closed....we sure didn't have any problems getting tabs online for our other cars. There really good at passing the buck and acting stupid with any questions. I've dealt with numerous dealerships and this one is the worst by far.

The Audi Service Tech Associate was very engaged and kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle service. We were offered beverages and snacks and... also had internet service available.
Rough start to appointment but was due to rental car company and no fault of dealer. Great customer service from Kaylen. She is your best asset!
