Well I was trying to buy a vehicle from here however the sales Representative was trying to get me to the dealership however I stated to him that I’m unable... to get to the lot due to me not having transportation. He still insisted on me trying to find a ride to get to the car lot and it really discouraged me because of me and my children have to walk where we have to go and I’m scared because we are going through this horrific Epidemic of the COVID-19. I thought everyone is supporting come together at a time like this to help each other but I see different.
It's a worst service i ever seen. I strongly not recommend this place to buy any of new/used cars from moss motors. There is a worst customer service.never... answer the phone if you leave voicemails never get call back from them.they are cheaters and they know very well that theirs fault that's why they don't want to talk with you they ignored your calls. Better pay extra money to other dealerships but never buy any vehicles from this cheaters.. I'm trying to reach them since 21 days almost 20 to 30 voicemails left but they never contact.
DO NOT PURCHASE GAP INSURANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE!! You will have to fight tooth and nail to get that money back. I purchased a car from them. Vehicle was... traded in a few months later. After multiple emails and calls to Ken from Moss Honda about cancellation and refund of gap policy, it took me contacting the gap insurance company themselves to verify that he had in fact never cancelled the policy. I had to cancel the policy through the company because he did not submit the paperwork. Finally after 4 calls I get ahold of him and as rude as can be he said" yes I cancelled the policy..I got both of your requests.. youll get the check in about 6 weeks. Now here it is right in the 6 week mark of the initial contact to cancel, I contact both ken and the other company, only to find out through the gap company that they have just cancelled the policy nearly a month after it had been submitted. Still not one reply from Ken, even after asking him to just let me know that he is getting emails..NOTHING. Would never deal with these people again, just from the hassle alone.
I was shopping for a vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. Michelle at Moss Motors listened to me and helped me figure out what would work best... for me. Her knowledge of the BMW product is wonderful. She was not pushy in any way, instead she was patient and a pleasure to be around. You can tell that she is good at her job AND her excitement for the BMW line is very apparent!! As far as I am concerned, I won't ever shop anywhere else. ;)

Nice place, nice people. I was told transmission service did not need scheduling, they made it sound like a quick drive in drive out service. I watched... my car sit in the parking lot in the back for over an hour, finally i got up and left. Will not be back, and i will not consider buying a new vehicle here if this is how service goes.

My experience with Moss Honda was the best car experience I've ever had. I received a phone call one morning from Ridge asking if I wanted to trade in... my 2011 Honda Accord and I told him that I didn't plan on trading it in! I had an oil change scheduled for that weekend and he asked me to go pay him a visit before or after I change my oil. Went to see Ridge for the first time that Saturday and within an hour him and his team worked magic for me. I didn't think anything was going on because I wasn't expecting to get a car! His manager Sharad came by me and told me Congratulations!! I was a little confused so I asked him on what? He said your brand new 2015 Honda Accord! That was one of the most happiest days of my life and I really appreciate Ridge and the Moss Honda Team for all they have done for me!!
My first purchase here was a Honda Fit. My salesman kept telling us that there was only 150.00 mark up on the car so stupid me we paid sticker price. I... traded in the Fit for a Civic because I found the Fit way to small. I used the same salesman..he made me an offer I accepted. I get home and was looking over the paperwork and saw that again I was charged sticker ptice . Salesman also told me the finance co (Honda) does not allow monthly notes of less then 150.00. I had Togo back to get my paperwork redon e for the price I was quoted.
