A December to remember

I have purchased a lot of cars but I never had pleasant experience with a dealer. From the sales girl( Ashley Dew ) who took her time and explained everything about the Camaro to the sales manger (Jeff Davis ) was very patience with us and gave us a great value on our trade-in. Also Dustin Myers was also very easy to work with and took time to explain the details regards how late he was going to have to stay. This car was purchased for our daughter for a December to remember for her my wife and I, let me tell you your sales team and the service department setup everything to surprise her with a big red bow. I cant thank your dealership enough for helping us make this happen. Richard and Barbara Shevlin

Best buying experience

Was looking for a used truck. Found what i was looking for online. Made appointment online. Was greeted when i arrived and vehicle was ready for test drive. My sales person (Debbie Brady) helped me through the process. i didn't experience any of the hassles or dragging out the processes like other dealerships. I highly recommend Bill Black and sales consultant Debbie Brady.

Bill Black Chevrolet

Bill Black was thorough in efforts to pinpoint source of an electrical issue for 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. Although battery wasn't old enough for such problem, a new on seems to have resolved the presenting issue.

Best car buying experience.

The first contact with Bill Black was on the internet exchanging messages and obtaining answers to my question. We set an appointment at my convenience to visit the dealership. What a surprise to meet people that are like meeting new friends. They treat you with respect and make sure they find out your needs and don't just sell you any car. Every step of the car buying experience was fantastic. I would recommend you visit Bill Black and get acquainted with their team. I used another dealership and did not receive this type of treatment or had the same experience. I find Bill Black to be just like visiting the old neighborhood garage shop for service just like in the old days. Everyone cares about providing you service and not just another number. Keep up the good work and I'm glad I found you. My wife and I are telling all our friends about our great experience and will continue to enjoy many years of service at your dealership.

Love Bill Black Cadillac!

Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and helpful. Dustin Myers listened to exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. Then he gave me several options including the Red CTS I bought. Bill and Stuart Black have a lot to be proud of in their employees. They hire great people and train them on how to provide a great customer experience!
