    My 1998 Civic just passed 351,000 miles and still runs like a new car. I bought it in Virginia (where I lived at the the time), but then immediately had to move to Greensboro and have taken my Civic to Crown Honda for service the whole time - the service is great with extra compliments to the Crown Honda Shuttle Team!!! My service manager, Steve Duncan, has been a true partner in keeping my car in top-notch condition. He is fair, honest, and knows his stuff!!! When I buy my next Honda - it will be from Crown Honda and the Sales Folks will need to thank the Service Department in general, the Honda Shuttle Team, and especially Steve Duncan for the purchase!!! If I were a business person - this is how I would want my business to run!!

    so we bought a 2017 honda accord at the dealership last year. My bf who was the one signed the contract, did not look closely at the terms + added on warranties(3 in total of more than 4000+ dollars) and there you go, they added them without him know and signed the contract. I know he should've look closely but it's not right to just add them to the contract neither! We end up having to go back to the dealership to cancel those services. The guys made us filled out a form and promised he will submit for the refund. Obviously, i took pictures for record and i am so glad i did! 5 month passed since we signed the cancellation form, no words. i was able to get hold of the Warranty company and cancelled without the dealer since i have a copy. it's now 6 month in, no deduction of the total financed amounts and we still have to follow up. This is the worst experience we have ever dealt with. AVOID them if you want a easy, smooth transaction!

    Your branch here in Greensboro North Carolina, Crown Honda are not conducting business in a professional manner. Also the practices are not living up to the standard of a major company such as Asbury Automotive Group. My Family purchased a Honda Odysee, 3 weeks later they told me that the loan was denied through American Honda, keep in mind all paperwork was signed. I do understand that there is a conditional offer but they advised me that the loan was approved and everything was go to go. Do to this unfortunate circumstance, I had to quit my job I just started, it was extremely difficult to get my 3 children to school. The Financial Manager Chad called and text me all in the same day making threats as if I was trying to ignore or not return the vehicle. I promptly respond in every case and made no attempts to dodge this matter. Please look into the practices for they are injuring people and their families here in North Carolina.

    Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had let alone the worst I have ever been treated by any business! I went in to look at a car and after many hours of dealing my wife and I were told congratulations that we were the new owners of the car. We filled out all the paperwork and left. We had the car 6 days and I get a call saying that they couldnt get it to go through Honda Financial and we needed to bring the car back in. I was in such shock. How do you shake a customers hand and look them in the eyes and say it's yours then a week later do this? The financial manager (starkey was his last name) that did this didnt even have the spine to even come to my wife and I and explain or apologize! Matter of fact he didnt even have the spine to call either! Then when i brought the car back I had to sit and wait at least an hour for them to bring mine back. Then when they did bring it back the didnt even have the decency of taking all the stickers off of the car they had stuck on and had a bunch pf writing on the windshield that they wouldn't even clean off and watched me have to do it in the rain so I could see to drive. This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER deal with this place again and I will do my best to deter anyone else from going to this sorry place. There is no excuse for this kind of mistreatment. If you are reading this RUN and stay away from this poor excuse of a dealership!!!! I put one star because that's the least I could do. This place doesn't even deserve a star it needs to be minus stars this place is so bad!!!

    On February 26th, I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord at Crown Honda. They did not have the vehicle I wanted at the Greensboro dealership so they were to bring it in from Southpoint in Durham. I was told to come back the next day to pick up the car. I was called and told to be there at 4:45 pm - which I was. The car was not even there yet! They did tell me they would bring it to my house, which they did. (my car had 251 miles on it. Since Durham is only 67 miles, I consider that a USED car not NEW!) I did notice they plate on the front of the car with a Crown Honda plate but assumed there were permanent places to attach a plate. (I had told my salesman that I did not want advertisement sticker on the back of my car) To my horror, the next day when I removed the plate, I found they had DRILLED xxxxx IN THE BUMPER OF MY CAR! Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy. We live in a state with only one plate, so there is no reason to have xxxxx in the front of the vehicle. I went in to the dealership the next day to vent my frustration at my car being permanently defaced and spoke with a "sales manager" who proceeded to say that it wasn't there fault, that they did not do it. Never once apologized. (Told me he could give me an estimate on repairing the bumper!) I have since observed many cars with Crown plates on the front. About 2 weeks after purchasing my car, as I started out on a long road trip, I had not even gotten to Charlotte (aprox. 88 miles from my home) when the low tire pressure light came on. If they didn't even check the tire pressure on my car, it make me wonder what else they didn't bother to check! My salesman did set up a complimentary service appointment for me but the time did not suit me, so I changed the appointment by phone. I then received an email, text and phone call reminding me of the appointment - that I had changed. My salesman has called me several times as he knew I was very unhappy and offered to do something for me. I told him what I wanted and he said they would do it but I have yet to hear from them again! Not the kind of experience that anyone should have when buying a new car!

    I purchased a CR-V in November 2016. This is February 23 2017. I still do not have my tags. I've had 2_30 day tags. The last tag expired Jan. 28. I've been trying to obtain my regular tags or another 30 day tag with no results. I've never dealt with a company like this. I strongly suggest that you don't get mixed up.with these people.I be been told one fib after another. Horrible experience.

    The sales department is absolutely horrible. I would strongly recommend that anyone searching for a new car go elsewhere. I purchased a car from these jokers in December 2016 and it was a miserable experience. From the back and forth, to hiding my trade-in, to offering cars that had absolutely nothing I asked for, and receiving the run around for hours on end, it proved to be the worse mistake of my life. I'm embarrassed to say that I signed the papers only as a means to just get out. Stupid, I know. To top it off, They finally brought my trade-in out, allowed me to get the stuff out of it and then disappeared. I waited, waited and waited some more. Finally, someone I had not dealt with, handed me the key and pointed the new car out. I took the stuff, put it in the car, and waited again for the tag to be transferred. After being told the tag was on, I asked for the additional keys to the car. A man at the front desk stated that he didn't have them, they would need to be cut. He said to stop back by and pick them up. I told him that I had spent too much time at Crown Honda already. He could put them in the mail. That was over 6 weeks ago and I still haven't seen the them. I am still waiting, AGAIN!!!!! I went to this dealership because the service department is fabulous but I will NOT ever purchase another car from them. They are terrible!!!
