    My 1998 Civic just passed 351,000 miles and still runs like a new car. I bought it in Virginia (where I lived at the the time), but then immediately had to move to Greensboro and have taken my Civic to Crown Honda for service the whole time - the service is great with extra compliments to the Crown Honda Shuttle Team!!! My service manager, Steve Duncan, has been a true partner in keeping my car in top-notch condition. He is fair, honest, and knows his stuff!!! When I buy my next Honda - it will be from Crown Honda and the Sales Folks will need to thank the Service Department in general, the Honda Shuttle Team, and especially Steve Duncan for the purchase!!! If I were a business person - this is how I would want my business to run!!

    I purchased a CR-V in November 2016. This is February 23 2017. I still do not have my tags. I've had 2_30 day tags. The last tag expired Jan. 28. I've been trying to obtain my regular tags or another 30 day tag with no results. I've never dealt with a company like this. I strongly suggest that you don't get mixed up.with these people.I be been told one fib after another. Horrible experience.

    The sales department is absolutely horrible. I would strongly recommend that anyone searching for a new car go elsewhere. I purchased a car from these jokers in December 2016 and it was a miserable experience. From the back and forth, to hiding my trade-in, to offering cars that had absolutely nothing I asked for, and receiving the run around for hours on end, it proved to be the worse mistake of my life. I'm embarrassed to say that I signed the papers only as a means to just get out. Stupid, I know. To top it off, They finally brought my trade-in out, allowed me to get the stuff out of it and then disappeared. I waited, waited and waited some more. Finally, someone I had not dealt with, handed me the key and pointed the new car out. I took the stuff, put it in the car, and waited again for the tag to be transferred. After being told the tag was on, I asked for the additional keys to the car. A man at the front desk stated that he didn't have them, they would need to be cut. He said to stop back by and pick them up. I told him that I had spent too much time at Crown Honda already. He could put them in the mail. That was over 6 weeks ago and I still haven't seen the them. I am still waiting, AGAIN!!!!! I went to this dealership because the service department is fabulous but I will NOT ever purchase another car from them. They are terrible!!!

    I am a 20 year old college student with little credit history barely anything to put as a down payment not bad nor the best paying job and came out of here with a 2012 civic. The person I worked with he goes by jr and the financial manager who also worked we me and my boyfriend name was Darial and they work so hard to make sure me and my boyfriend came out with something with in our budget (which wasn't much). I never had a costume service experience as great as this I highly highly recommend this place and to work with the people meantioned in this review. I really can't explain how extonish I am at the service really if you're looking to by a car go to crown Honda and work with jr

    My vehicle was involved in a total loss accident on December 26, 2016. Hence I was obviously in search of a new automobile. I visited several dealers throughout the Piedmont Triad area in an effort to locate the right fit in vehicle, value, customer intimacy, customer focus, and sales pricing. Having said that, I did not feel a warm and fuzzy on any of my visits until I met with Briana Burris of Crown Honda. Ms. Burris was extremely warm and welcoming from the moment that my daughter and I stepped on the lot. She took the time to patiently listen to and address our needs and desires regarding our impending purchase. With that being said, I advised Ms. Burris that we were in search of a Black on Black EX-L V6 Honda Accord and that we were encountering extreme difficulty in locating one. Ms. Burris assured my daughter and I that she would find it, if that was the vehicle that we truly wanted. She then took the time in searching multiple databases of in-stock and out-of-stock vehicles. She soon located our vehicle of choice on a transport truck. Ms. Burris then advised us that she could have it pulled if we were truly wedded to that particular selection. I advised Ms. Burris that we would indeed like to have the vehicle pulled. I further advised her that we would drive off the lot that evening if she could give the vehicle at a fair and equitable price. Ms. Burris said, ???Mr. Moone we???re not going to lose your business over a few hundred dollars or so. I promise you that we???ll work with you on the sales price if you're willing to work with us.??? I told her that she had a deal and we took the black on black V6 for a spin. I soon found out that Ms. Burris was no ordinary salesman or pretty face as she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, it's inner workings, and it's various features. I was flabbergasted as she appeared to be more knowledgeable than any of the other salesmen that I encountered previously. I was convinced that I wouldn't leave the lot without the vehicle as Ms. Burris truly sold me. She did all of this without the aid of aggressive sales tactics as can be the typical modus operandi of many salesmen. Ms. Burris then worked aggressively with her sales manager to get me the vehicle at the price that was most comfortable for my needs upon reaching my commitment to procure. She then passed me over to Darrius Sutton, Finance Manager to finalize the sales transactions and paperwork. Mr. Sutton presented himself as extremely humble, transparent, knowledgeable, and friendly during and after our interactions. Hence with everything being said and done, I walked away not only pleased with my vehicle, but with the outstanding experience that I experienced at Crown Honda. Please go visit Ms. Burris at Crown Honda if you're in need of a new or used auto and tell her that Dedrick sent you. You???ll ultimately find yourself walking away smiling as a result of your encounter. Ms. Burris and Mr. Sutton are a dynamic team that is truly going places.

    Went to purchase a 2017 CRV. I told them I was a customer since 1988 and was serious about a purchase. After telling Joey what the deal was at Flow Honda his sales manager told him to tell me to go buy the car. Which I did. Then they texted me to say they changed their mind and would match the price I received from Flow. Obviously after being treated so rudely there is no way I would ever buy another car from Crown.

    Thanks for replacing my son's airbag. He's a student at UNCG and was due to drive home for Thanksgiving this week. You all were slammed on a Saturday but still got this done for us by the afternoon. He'll be much safer driving his 2007 Civic now.
