From the time of purchase to the time of delivery ,I had to initiate all correspondence and phone calls to find out what the status was on delivery and... paperwork.The only reason I am giving a two star rating is because the MGR was apologetic .The only person that reached out was for extended warranty. My husband and I were searching for a reliable, used car for our granddaughter who is in college. Daija went above and beyond to make the process as seamless... as possible. Not only did she have two vehicles waiting out front for us to choose from upon our arrival, but she went the extra mile and delivered the vehicle to us, seeing we arrived in separate cars. Sorry place , don't let them try and get you financed . I had my credit union set up but they got me 2 percent lower interest rate after trying with around... 20 lenders! Then they had me go through the worst company ever rated 1 star called Santander . I told them about that company and they said they changed don't worry . Right first payment about 90 percent went to interest!! I was furious so called my credit union and they took my loan so I overnighted the payoff to Santander . Two months later and I haven't received the overpayment back . Santander said takes around 3 months !! Reviews I read from angry customers said up to 6 months !! Great job Crown Nissan of Greensboro , you had to know about this scam!! If we owed you money you would not wait 30 days . Don't let Crown Nissan handle your financing , you will pay bad !! $528 interest , $141 principal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See Picture on Google Reviews

If you are looking for quality customer service, go see Jamie Jones. He met me on the lot, took the time to find out what I was looking for and showed... me what was available that met my criteria. He provided excellent service and made sure I was happy with my purchase. While my car was being prepared for me, Jamie provided a loaner car to drive, which was so awesome and made the purchase streamlined and convenient. Came in did credit application. Gave paystubs and everything requested. Waited 2 hours for a answer. Sales person told me he will call me the next day.... Never responded to tell me anything. I never expected that. That's definitely bad customer service
