    Basilio Pahang was more then a salesman through out my purchasing process. He gave me genuine advice on which car would suite me best as well as kept my options realistic to the payments I wanted to be without limiting my options to the cheapest cars on the lot. I am more then happy with the new Sentra I drove off with the other day. Never planned on buying a car so soon, all I really was doing was browsing the internet for new cars that I may consider in the future. Once Basilio got in contact with me, he made it seem as if buying a new car was the easiest thing in the world, so I took a chance and came to the dealership. I don't regret anything at all. I recommend Basilio to everyone who wants to work with a salesman who is genuine and easy to talk to. I forgot he was a salesman by the time I left.

    Too my Nissan Murano for a Oil Change that turned out good. They did the 5 Point Check an check the cooling. Got home the Reservoir Cap was missing .Called back on the next business day after 15 minutes on hold an passed around. They finally said the cap was never on there..The cap was only 8$ ..I purchased one myself an replaced it.

    I called in to schedule an appointment to get my car serviced, and prior to hanging up I confirmed the time and date of the appointment. When I arrived at the scheduled time, there was no appointment in the system for me. The service advisor didn't mention this initially, he just began entering my information into the system (the same information I gave to the person on the telephone). I asked why I had to give the exact information twice and the advisor told me that there in fact was no appointment in the system for me. He failed to mention this when I walked up and said "Hi, I have a 2:00 appointment today". Agitated, I was asking how there wasn't an appointment in the system for me, and the service advisor informed me that "they do not operate off of appointments" and that there is "no guarantee that your car will be seen at the scheduled time" which infuriated me even more -- if that's the case then why even schedule appointments?! The manager and service advisor tried to insure that my car would be returned to me within an hour, but I was already disgusted with the service I had received. I refused to let them service my car, and drove to a different dealership immediately after (about 20-30 minutes away). That particular dealership was able to get me in and my car was done 30-40 minutes and I received MUCH better customer service -- the service advisors were much friendlier than the ones at Crown. As long as I live in Greensboro and own a Nissan, I REFUSE to let Crown Nissan service my car.

    I scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced and confirmed the time and date with the person on the telephone prior to hanging up. When I arrived at the scheduled time, there was no appointment in the system. The service advisor didn't even mention that there was no appointment, even though I mentioned that I had an appointment- instead he tried to enter my information in the system and slide me in for service. When I mentioned that I had an appointment, he told me that they do not operate based on appointments and that an appointment doesn't guarantee that your car will be seen by a mechanic at that time. The manager tried to make the situation better, but I would have had to wait over an hour. I decided to take my car to a different dealership (immediately after this ordeal) and they had me in-and-out in 35-40 minutes with MUCH friendlier service. As long as I own a Nissan and live in the Greensboro area I will NEVER take my car to this dealership- its worth a 20-30 minute drive to get better service and better results.

    I purchased my car from this dealership. During the "sale" all was absolutely wonderful. I took the car back this past weekend and it was an awfully terrible experience. The general manager was condescending, insulting and rude. His lack of professionalism was, unfortunately, experienced at the end of a poor customer service experience with others in the service department. The profoundly sad part is that I don't believe the men who were involved in this matter nor the corporate office representative with whom I spoke truly understand the depth of the sadness, hurt, or pain they caused by their treatment. I do not believe it matters to them to seek understanding in an area where they apparently had little to none. One person who has already purchases a car in 2010 is not likely to purchase again soon right, so nothing lost. I will not purchase another Nissan and will warn everyone I know to NOT buy at this dealership. Since this incident, I have discussed the situation with others who have emphatically stated that after purchasing a car there, they try to avoid taking it back there for service if at all possible. I am disappointed, hurt, saddened and disheartened that one can be treated this way in 2017 with little to no recourse. I was even afraid to drive my car off of the lot after refusing to have it fixed at the dealership. I was able to "file a complaint" that was "elevated". Not sure what that means other than they had some folks give me a call back. In any event, I am thankful that I was heard - maybe after hearing it over and over and over - someone will take the initiative to do something - to really take the time to learn the root cause of the problem.

    Had dealt with a Glenn Davis who had me drive 40 minutes to the dealership after submitting all my information to him and letting him know what I had to put down. I reiterated I didn't want to come if I couldn't get a car with the down payment I had. He said I was approved and we had a deal. Went there and he told me he needed more money up front to make a deal. He literally lied to me and wasted my time. I don't see the point in lying to someone to get them to the dealership if you're not going to make a sale. My experience was horrible and a waste of time. Yours may be different but be careful. These car dealers at this dealership will lie to you and talk you into things. They are not in it to really help you.

    Everything was great as I was buying my car but once my money exchanged hands it was see you later clown. Got my car on a Saturday then had a few questions a few days later ( 9 day to be exact) I called back to speak to someone in the financial department.. I needed a phone number that they had gave me but I misplaced. Left message at 9:15 am Monday morning,, another message at 1:30 pm..called two more times on Tuesday.. on Wednesday talked with a nice gentleman who assured me he would go get my financial person and stand with him to make sure he returns my call..never heard back from either of them... finally had to drive over there on Thursday on my lunch break from my job to get the phone number I needed..can't believe I could not even get a courtesy call back to see what my needs were... and it was a simple fix for what I needed !! A 15 minute call would have done wonderful

    Spoke with Huntley on Monday about coming down to look at some trucks. Told him I would be down that afternoon, but then had to reschedule until Tuesday. Was told along with the vehicle I was interested in, he had 4 or 5 more crew cab trucks on his lot. I drive 1.5 hours to get there, only to be told the vehicle I was interested in wasn't available to show due to being in the shop. To top it off, there were no other crew cabs on his lot. I would definitely avoid Huntley.
