    Basilio Pahang was more then a salesman through out my purchasing process. He gave me genuine advice on which car would suite me best as well as kept my options realistic to the payments I wanted to be without limiting my options to the cheapest cars on the lot. I am more then happy with the new Sentra I drove off with the other day. Never planned on buying a car so soon, all I really was doing was browsing the internet for new cars that I may consider in the future. Once Basilio got in contact with me, he made it seem as if buying a new car was the easiest thing in the world, so I took a chance and came to the dealership. I don't regret anything at all. I recommend Basilio to everyone who wants to work with a salesman who is genuine and easy to talk to. I forgot he was a salesman by the time I left.

    I had been looking for a used late model Challenger R/T since early October, 2016. I found one, a 2013 model, at Crown Nissan thru an internet search. Knowing they had the car priced right (after having dropped the price on several occasions), I jumped on it and bought it sight unseen. I live over 700 miles from Crown Nissan and had never heard of Crown Nissan in my life. Yes, buying a car like that is a bit scary. After I made the purchase over the internet in the middle of the night, I received a phone call from Huntley Nero (sales consultant) first thing the next morning. I dealt with Huntley, Brandon Swaney (F&I) and Ricky Williams (general manager) over the course of about 2 weeks as I arranged to send payment and they arranged to ship the car to me. This car is 4 years old and has about 35,400 miles on it; so, I expected there to be a few imperfections. There were a few; but, far fewer than I anticipated. I received a phone call yesterday (Tuesday) from Ricky letting me know the transport company would be picking the car up later that afternoon or Wednesday morning for delivery on Thursday to my home. Surprise!!! The transport driver called me this morning (Wednesday) and he was only 30 miles from my home. This dealership not only met my expectations - they exceeded my expectations in every regard. Not only am I thrilled with the car and its condition; but, these gentlemen did everything they could to make my buying experience go as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate for 1 second to recommend Crown Nissan to anyone looking to make a car purchase.

    DVD player & window was broken (still under warranty) took it to get fixed in August 2016. It's now Feb. 2017! I can't get anyone to call me back! My warranty company says they can't do anything because crown Nissan has already received the parts! When I originally took my car in they had it for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of me calling to see what was taking so long they finally called me back and said they ordered the wrong part so if I wanted to come get my car they would call me back when the correct pry came in and I could bring my car back to get it fixed. So I went back to get my car after they had it for 3 weeks and didn't fix anything on it ... and they told me my battery was dead from sitting for so long without the vehicle being turned on and they said I needed a new battery. They replaced it and I left in my pathfinder. I can't even tell you how many times I've called since then to see when they plan on fixing my vehicle. My sales rep finally called me right before Christmas and said he would call me after the holidays and he would give me a rental car comparable to my vehicle (meaning size wise) and said he wnted me to know he hadn't forgotten about me! It's now February 2017 and I haven't heard back from him! This is seriously crazy to me. How does this just get looked over? Is their management team not wondering why I haven't paid for my battery or oil change/ car inspection they gave me? Derrick Ratliff was my sales rep ... so maybe someone will make him call me!

    I recently had my 100,000 mile service on my Nissan Frontier Truck and I was very pleased with both the customer service and the technician service. It is comforting to know that your vehicle has been serviced by well trained and certified technicians. Likewise, it is great to have someone looking out for you in the time and price arena. Thank you Frank Calderon. I appreciate your help. The wait was worth it when I saw what a difference the paint sealer made. Don Moore

    I have had great service every time I take my car here. I always ask for Sean Delgado and he looks over my whole car each time. He has found several things that needed my attention that I would not have thought to check. They have been small things but he saves me time and money by bringing it to my attention. His concern for my vehicle and my safety is something that other dealerships in the past could have cared less. It takes a little while when I'm there but I plan for it and realize that everything is not an instant fix in this fast paced environment we live in. Sean has been professional, knowledgeable, and is a joy to see when I visit.

The manager angrily told me not to ever come back to Crown Nissan! Check their Review Ratings and compare them with other area Nissan dealers and you will see for yourself!!! Don't ever think about coming here!

    My daughter was lied to and they tried to cheat her by trying to make her buy a 1200.0 muffler replacement. They charged her 138.00 just to look at her car. It turns out that all her car needed was to weld 2 ends of pipes together at the cost of 67.00 at a muffler shop. Another Nissan dealership found this and referred us to a muffler shop. Crown Nissan is nothing but dishonest and no one should ever do business with them. Stay away from these people. They lie lie lie.

    I went in to the dealership and Mike told me what I was approved for. I asked him to arrange something a little different and he said he would try to get me under another tier to qualify for no money down. He tells me to go home they would contact me the next day and NOTHING. Mike eventually called me several days later and said he was still working on it. I mean how long does it take to say We can help you or sorry we can't. After about 4 days I called him back asking him if I switched to a cheaper car to purchase if that would be better he was like yes definitely give me 2 hours and I will call you back well needless to say this is day 6 and still no returned call. What happened to good customer service? If you can't help someone just have the decency to let them no so something else can be worked out. Not sure if Mike just doesn't give a xxxx or he is doing multiple jobs.
