    My wife and I came back to Jaguar of Naperville for our third Jaguar and continue to come back because of the excellent and professional service and caring... attitude we continuously receive. From the General Manager, Dan Loose, to the Sales Manager, Phil Merza, and to our amazing Salesman, Bill Benjiamin we thank you all for making us feel like family whenever we walk in. You are the best dealership in town and your brand of vehicles are the highest of quality. Thank you!

    Went to buy a new 2020 Evoque with specific features wanted. They had plenty of cars but but none that had exactly what I wanted. I was willing to sacrifice... a feature or two as I realize it is difficult to get exactly get what you want. However, the people at Patrick Land Rover knew this car was a gift for one of my kids, so they went out of their way to find that special car Great Service and truly went out of there way to make a special experience!!!

    Leased a brand new Range Rover Sport and the front passenger seat controls broke within two months. The dealership was non-responsive when I initially... reached out for assistance. Not the customer service experience I hoped for. Wish I'd chosen a different Chicagoland Land Rover dealer.

    I bought my wife a brand new 2019 Jaguar e-Pace in April 2019 and here we are in June and she still isn't driving it. It really sucks when you spend over... $50K to buy your wife her dream car and a month later she says she doesn't want it any more because the experience with the new car has been so bad. Multiple issues and nobody seems to care or respond. I wrote a letter to the general manager and the executive in charge of Sales operations and never even got a response. This is my 5th car from the Patrick Group - but probably my last.

    My husband and I purchased a new Rover over the weekend and can't thank the team there enough. We are new to Land Rover and Steve H was fantastic! He was... patient, answered all of my questions in detail and enpowered me with so much useful info abt the vehicles. He took us on two test drives in total and helped us choose a car that really fit our needs and wants. The dealership was busy on Saturday and Steve did everything he could to speed up the process and get us home. I called in Monday with various questions/concerns and he called me back immediately-he took care of everything. Nothing like some good ole customer service, thanks Steve H!!!!

    I have owned a Range Rover for almost 10 years now, and have never had as bad of service as I have experienced at this location. To say I am displeased... with the service and repairs is an understatement. The team is extremely unprofessional, lazy, and act as if your a nusense. I am never one to complain, but this dealer is so pathetic, I really felt inclined for others to be aware. We recently had all new brakes put on our car, only to have screeching brakes again 2 months later. Then when we called to have repaired, they said they couldn’t fit us in. It’s honestly a joke. When you are selling high end vehicles, you would hope the service meets that standard. I love my Range Rover, but will honestly consider purchasing another vehicle in the future solely based off the pathetic setvice and I professionalism.

    I can’t believe I just got yelled at by the sales manager. I just purchased a brand new Range Rover from this guy, when I call back about items left in... the old call I didn’t get an answer, I left a least 3 voicemail no call back when I call the manager he get upset and start yelling at me. So unprofessional I understand we forget the item but there is a way you talk to customer. Really surprised that was the manager. He need some training.

    Although we did not come to an agreement, I enjoyed working with Wade. A hard push towards a deposit when I stated was looking at several cars at different... dealerships. I felt most communication issues were due to distance mostly. If you haggle they will stop communicating though. Expect about 500 dollars in dealer add ons. Vin etching, door rubber guards.

    Coming from managing in the car business for many years, I am often turned off by the back and forth games at most dealerships. Those feeling were immediately... put aside when I met and dealt with Iman. He was able to get me a great deal on an XE with minimum negotiating and was very kind and professional. If you want a worry free, fair, and efficient experience see Iman and the guys and gals at Jaguar of Naperville!
