    As the owner of 3 Infiniti's, I started this experience at Lexus Rivercenter with high expectations. The sales experience was odd. The car that I bought was 1yr old with 9k miles. It was misplaced for days after the purchase, nobody knew where it was. (I have a suspicion of where it was, but because of the risk of litigation, I will not speculate). The Lexus "Certified" program was misrepresented and provided no value. It expired sooner than expected and I was saddled with repairs that I did not expect for a car with 50k miles, especially a high-end car. Service: The staff are agreeable but it's a battle to get a loaner, which I was told was a benefit of the Certified program. Nearly everytime that I go for service, they "find" a problem that needs attention. This is particularly frustrating because I have an intermittent problem with the hatch and I was told that there was a "diagnostic fee" of $60. When I asked "what if they hit the button and it's working?" The response is "The technician had to look at it, the diagnostic fee is $60." Meanwhile, they remove the wheels to check the brakes without my requesting it and do other things to look for needed service but those diagnostic functions are "free".

    Hi Kevin. We push ourselves to provide the best service, every customer, every time. Being Lexus, we do have a loaner fleet of brand new vehicles which we are happy to provide to customers at no charge should the service require it. We try to give loaners to those who need them, but not to basic oil changes as they can be completed within 30 minutes. Doing this enables us to have a loaner ready for those who are truly in a "pinch". With that said, if we have a spare loaner vehicle available we are happy to provide. With some electronics on our vehicles we are able to diagnosis some issues via a laptop computer (even if the item is currently working, it may store a code for us to scan and read). We do charge for this service as it can be time consuming depending on the code but we would not know until we start the diagnostic process. We always perform a free multi-point inspection at no charge to the customer. This is done for a number of reasons but the #1 reason is for customer safety. Visual inspections on the brakes, tires and other safety components is crucial in maintaining vehicles as well as insuring the safety of our customers.     This was my second used car purchase within the last six months from River Center Lexus. This time they really stepped up to the plate and hit a grand slam. From the phone call to the receptionist and my conversation with the used car sales manager Kelly, then the greeting I recieved when entering the facility from Ryan my salesperson to the finance managers honesty to the handshake from the general manager Bill after the sale. At times it seemed like I had the attention or assistance from the entire sales staff. Thanks again for making the car buying process seamless and smooth.

    I purchased a slightly used RX350. The experience was great. There was a little scratch and dent that needed repaired and this was all repaired-no questions asked. They made me feel like home while waiting for all the prep work to be completed. Thanks for a great experience! JO

    I responded to a listing for a used car they had posted on Cars.Com, and I did get a fairly quick respond within 12 hours, but they said the car was not available for sale, and should not have been posted on cars.com that it was going to auction. So I was disappointed that someone posted it for sale.

    Diane Shelters is awesome. She actively listened to my needs and provided many options to me. She was professional and thorough. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Diane also spoke so highly of her colleagues, which I would agree--they were all so professional, friendly and helpful. I feel great about my decision to lease a new vehicle from Riverside Lexus and would highly recommend to any friends, family and all of you reading this review.
