    I had a great experience at Audi Pacific. I felt like I was an important customer even though I was not spending the big bucks like others do. I worked with both Michael Moye and Collin Kleinman. They were both great guys to work with. The whole car buying process was communicated clearly and was very easy. Michael is very helpful and answered all of my finance questions promptly and thoroughly. I felt confident during the whole process. Collin is the Audi expert. If you want to work with an Audi enthusiast then ask for Collin. He will not disappoint you one bit. I would highly recommend Audi Pacific and make sure you ask to work with Collin and Michael.

    Took my 2011 Audi R8 in for service- Michael Harris was great! Walked thru the showroom and met Collin Kleinman and the General Manager walked out with a new 2017 R8!!! Never felt pressured or coerced-no buyers remorse here-love the new car!

    It's very nice to see such a young person with the attitude of a real professional. Francisco Valenzuela, my service adviser makes you feel totally welcome and explains all services with a very easy way to understand. Excellent Experience!! The only setback is the very high prices for parts and labor. But I guess that is the cost of owning an Audi.

    I was contacted by this dealership through email after inquiring about a used vehicle on Cars.com. After a couple back and forth communications, the salesman asked if I would like to put a deposit on the vehicle. I emailed him no, that I would like additional info. I received an email from the sales manager letting me know the salesman was off that. I asked her a few questions and also asked if someone could send me video of the car being started and the engine running. She said she would have the salesman do it. I sent 2 more requests for this. I had previously been told they would send more pics, pick me up from the airport if I flew in, ship the car...whatever I needed. I asked if an inspection had been performed, and I would be interested in knowing how much life expectancy was left in certain wear items. The salesman told me their company also had a dealership for this vehicle's brand and it would be sent over for an inspection and "be ready" on Wednesday for my arrival 2 days later. He said he would keep me posted on the inspection. After not receiving the video of the engine, not hearing anything about the report from the certified mechanic, and not being contacted to discuss a purchase offer, I emailed the salesman again right before leaving for CA to see the car and my family. I received an email the next morning informing me the vehicle had been sold while at the other dealership being checked out by the mechanics. But, there is a lovely Audi I might be interested in. Seriously?!! I had to chase this car salesman down for info, he assumed I was buying even though details hadn't been discussed, I made a 4 hour trip to see (and hopefully buy) this beautiful sports car...only to be told AFTER I was in town that it was sold, but I might like some stupid car that doesn't even compare and I've never had interest in. I've bought and sold a lot of cars in my lifetime. This experience is mindblowing. Most car salesmen hound me to death to get the deal done. This guy didn't even follow up on my direct requests. I'm pretty upset over losing out on this car, and don't plan to do business with any of this company's dealerships.

    I had to bring my A6 in for the 15,000 mile scheduled service. I called in the day before and my Service Rep. Natalie got me in first thing the next day, set me up with a loaner and had me on my way in 15 min. I had a few concerns with some noises my car was making so they kept the car an extra day in order to thoroughly vet the matter. Natalie kept in contact with my throughout the duration letting me know exactly what was going on. Not only that, she called me the next day to make follow up regarding the noises I was hearing. I have to say that I've been going to Audi Pacific for over 8 years and the service just keeps getting better!

    I bring my car in for service at Audi Pacific. They are always prompt, friendly and very professional. Francisco Valenzuela from "service" usually helps me out and he goes out of his way to make sure I have a good experience, putting me in comfortable loaner vehicles and making sure I understand what they are doing to the vehicle.

    I really like my Audi and I love the service at Audi Pacific. Oscar is my go to service rep when I have any questions or issues with my car. I highly recommend Audi Pacific and specifically, Oscar. He is a great guy and is always asking if he can do anything for you. Wonderful service.

    Just bought a new Q5 last week. I had a great experience with Lina Martin and the team. No pressure at all with the process. I came in with my expectations and we closed the deal in minutes. The paperwork (blame it on the DMV....) took longer! Had a couple of post purchase questions and she promptly called me back. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone. Just do your research and come in with a great attitude. Just know what you are looking for and be honest with the process.
